Doesn't power wash the roof.Zero prep for paint unless you count using a broom real quick.Won't give receipt.Terrible attitude. Dirty. He painted my neighbors roof ON A RAINY DAY! Like, seriously rainy day. Wow.But, if you're d*** enough to use him you deserve all that. Zero stars. Stay in Modesto you crook.
