Always competitive pricing. In store purchases are high priced.Note, Store located on Sylvan and Claus, Modesto, Ca. mismarks the food prices. They charge more than the package price. This has happened 3 times. We no longer use this station.

We made a quick stop here on our way home. It was convenient and well lit. They had restrooms and many snacks. The gas was reasonably priced. And the prices of the snacks and drinks were also reasonably priced. The only bad thing was there were crazy flying bugs all around this place.

At one point this location had the most outstanding customer service on McHenry strip, but due to one employee named Makala all that has changed. Over the last four Sunday’s between 11:20pm and 12am I’ve made multiple attempts to reach the store before one of the employees locks the door, yet I always seem to fail. Now over the last year I’ve been to this location many times with other employees working just before midnight and had to wait for the system to update because of the new day. This I didn’t have a problem with. LOCKING!!! the doors at 11:20pm and 11:30pm to whenever, I did have a problem with. Leaving your customers wondering what’s going on, and not giving them a reason when Google says you’re open 24hrs. Please note! This is not customer focus, and before leaving this review I happen to ask why all of a sudden this is happening. I happen to find out by an employee named Makala that she likes to lock the doors 30 minutes before midnight so she can finish her paperwork. Her response to me on wanting to buy gas is “use the pumps”. I sorry but in a world where identity theft is high. I can’t do that type of purchase. I’m told by another employee the manager Katie allows this to happen. I sure hope the owner of this site reaches out to me to discuss more findings.

Uhhh.. AMPM or ARCO its all the same to me so any comments on one business should reflect on the other(even if they're seperate entities, because you have to engage with both businesses when you go to one or the other this is a fact), and just because there are separate google business accounts doesn't mean you can hide from the bad experiences you've have given your customers. So just as i have wrote on the AMPM being a downright pitifully ran business (high prices, rude owner, no bathrooms etc.) The same goes for the ARCO as they are one in the same and they cant outsmart the justified bad reviews they'll eventually receive.. if only the reviews for the AMPM were also included on this page as well then it would reflect this businesses true colors.HAVE YOU NO SHAME ARCO/AMPM ?! ?
