To the manager of this establishment your employee Wally front cashier on May 29th at 7: 00pm service me. Wally needs to lose his job. Each of us are in control of our own employment whether we stay or whether we go by the actions that we perform while on the job. I came in and I had a $10 scratcher that I received $10 cash for. I asked for $25 on pump number 9 and handed Wally a $100 bill. I received the change and did not count it because I darted to the bathroom. I walked out and went to pump my gas on pumped number 9. I walked back into the store and said to Wally you're going to make this transaction right. I repeated what happened I handed you a scratch it for $10 here is the 10 and I asked you for $25 on pump number 9 and gave you 100 and this is the change you gave me I said and so how much were you supposed to give me back he said I know $75. That's wonderful I know he remembers the transaction because it just happened I said and how much do you see here. He told me I would have to come back in the morning because it's been too long for him to validate whether or not he didn't give it to me. I said you know you didn't give it to me that's why you called out $75 I didn't have to tell you so I need the 20 or either give me the name and number of your manager. Wally stated if I give you then stopped taking.. almost as if he was going to negotiate and this is the reason why Wally should be terminated he is not trustworthy and he was in control of his own employment and decided to jeopardize his employment by stealing a 20 from a woman. Some owners are in on the thievery and if Wally is stealing from customers, I can promise you he's stealing from the owner as well.

I came in there and paid them to put 10$ on 2, I get to the pump it's not working, I go inside to tell to the cashier and he call the cops saying that I already pumped and the camera don't work to see if I did or not. I literally was robbed by ampm. If wasn't 10$ I would be sue them.

Driving from San Francisco to LA I stop here for some coffee, at this point I was loosing my vision because my blood sugars was really low and I'm type 2 diabetic. I ask the guy when he came to the door if he can please help me out with a coffee I told him my trip is far and I need the sugar, this guy was a jerk told. Me I need to wait till they reopen. tried to make it to the next gas station but things turn to the worst. I was force to pull over and ask Siri to dail 911 for me. All could of been prevented if the A-hole would of sold or even given me a small coffee.

do not go here! your card will be compromised. i went on a wednesday morning and that same day my card was compromised and attempting to be used in texas. i should have known they were suspect when they said we only accept debit. what gas station doesn't accept credit card. it should be my choice not the gas station, to decide what type of payment i use. it's one thing for the card machine to be down but to me it's extremely suspect that they don't accept credit. nevertheless i will never set foot in that poor excuse of a gas station ever again. the line is always so long and i don't trust them. if you have to go here use cash only. never ever swipe your card. on top of that i went inside to swipe my card so that is even more suspect! fraudlent bums!

Man, let me tell you. The owner of this place LOVES backpacks. So much so, it is one of the few English words this man can say. While you are literally paying for the only items in the store you touched, he will come up shouting at you and his employees enthusiastically shouting "nOOOOOOOOO BACKPACK, nOOOOOOOOO BACKPACK" while pointing at your bag like he has never seen one in his life. Let me encourage ALL customers of this establishment, dont be a fool and leave your purses, laptop bags, man bags, diaper bags, or backpacks in the car. Bring them inside where they can be appreciated by this enthusiastic owner ! I will never leave my man bag and my tablet inside my car where the homeless who frequent these trash cans can have their way. I will let my manbag be TRULY appreciated by him and all of his scaredabused employees. FINAL THOUGHTS: Dont forget your backpack next time you visit :-)

Decent gas prices with your on the go needs. Snacks, gas and energy drinks. They have what you need. Would give a better rating but the station is located in a bad part of town with lots of homeless and shady people. Conveniently located by the freeway as well for your traveling convenience.

I'm driving to nor Cal and Google "closest Arco". This is what I got. Multiple shady people just hanging out. One woman asking for money for gas when she was clearly strung out. Did not feel safe the entire time I was there. Not one redeeming thing about this location. Ok, maybe the "Top Tier Gasoline". Lol

I like ampm but its to the point to where all of the arco's are employed by family so it's a bunch of Indians that really don't speak much English and are rude as hell I just recently started going anywhere else, Chevron anywhere but arco's

Got gas here and filled up my 18oz and 32oz water bottles with just water. They CHARGED more for just water 89 cents each bottle. The first ever gas station charging me for just water. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!

Gas prices are some of the best, Costco has great prices, but you have to be a member. Apparently, Arco now has top tier gas which makes the price even better.

So apart from getting gas here at this specific location a few times when I used to live in Modesto, the owners are terrible! If I could give a zero star review, this would totally have none! I was hired back in Jan 2013, worked two full days, and was NEVER paid for my time. Every time I would call and ask to speak to someone regarding my pay, I would get the runaround. I'm sure this illegal and who knows how many others this has happened to?

Really bad service inside the store. I used to buy gas, lottery and some other stuff. But not anymore. Since a Indian guy claims to be the owner an treats no only me but a few more costumers like sh#€+. Excuse my language. And this happened 3 times already. I'll never will go back there. He's there in the morning shift. Instead I'm buying gas and coffee at other gas station located in 6th & L. Street better service and gas is cheaper than am pm. It's a shame that a big chain of stores hire that kind of people.
