“We're moving after nine years and I have very positive things to say about Shadowbrook Apartments. Management has always been helpful and attentive. The maintenance staff has always been professional and timely. The management has kept up improvements to the property. The security company they contract, Alpine Security, is always making rounds throughout the day and night. It's in a convenient location for retail, pharmacy and walking. Thank you Shadowbrook family for having us.”
“This was my first ever apartment/home I moved into after I first moved out of my parents house, I lived here for four years and never ran into any issues or had any complaints. It's always very well maintained. The manager, Melissa, is a very kind and understanding lady who really goes the extra mile to ensure the complex is not only always well kept but also that it's a fun and community friendly place to live by doing things such as an event calendar and activities such as door decorating contests w prizes to win and things like that and is always on top of any problems that may occur immediately. Being a tenant there for so long I know majority of who has made negative reviews regarding the manager and can definitely say they are false considering they were the tenants causing A LOT of problems throughout the whole complex by being beyond obnoxious and had no consideration for any other tenants. Marcus was a good manager but also let a lot of things he shouldn't have slide and didn't really care to keep the property maintained or care if it was which is why some people preferred him and were upset about the new manager.”
