The manager at this store, the lady who wears the black polo, is one of the most meanspirited people I've ever had the displeasure of getting to know. Being a local in the area, I figure I can stop by and pick up snacks at my leisure and usually I can, but when this lady is at the register I know I'm in for a bad time. She wears a scowl on her face when I make the transaction seemingly judges me for what I'm grabbing, and don't even attempt to use the AMPM app here, she will practically laugh in your face for taking advantage of their deals. Half the time, she won't even honor them. And it's only her, the rest of the workers there are great and are at least willing to pretend they're happy to be there.

Hi, Someone at AmPm gas station 3001 Yosemite Blvd, Modesto, CA 95354 charge $125 off my father's card. We only spent $48 on 11/05/2023. $30 on gas and $18 on scratchers and lotto tickets. My father checked his account the next day someone charged $125 on 11/05/2023. We went into the AmPm to report it to the cashiers they stated they don't know. And then tonight I went to cash in my winning tickets. I won $13 and a replay on the fantasy lotto. So I asked them for 6 fantasy lotto tickets and 7 super lotto tickets. It would've evened out. But they tried to charge me for the tickets that my winning would have covered. The cashier try to argue with me about it. Then he realize he was wrong. I always go to this gas station. I never had problems with any cashier before. Except for these new guys.

Always quick and easy. Sometimes, it is hard to understand some workers on account of their speech accent, but they are patient with me. The store is always clean, too.

Not that they have bad service I just find it disgusting, horrible and dishonest to force people to spend their cash back to get it back, you can't walk in and get the cash you put on a pump if you put too much in you now have to make a second perchance it get back YOUR money, this should be illegal cause it's basically theft.

F$:&)/(: That place!!!!! They discriminate, and harass ppl, those Indians are something else!!!!! It’s kool y’all here making money but don’t bring your ways out here, ppl actually have manners here!!!! Specially the new ampm in Modesto by jack in the box on Santa Cruz street and Yosemeti, don’t go there, Night Shift so call “lead” makes the food with no globs on!!!! He refuses service if you pay with change, and also likes to harass and discriminate ppl, this ppl have no manners at all.

I came here to get gas and a car wash for a rental vehicle. Let me start of by sayin the car wash machine shut down in the middle of the car wash. So the rental vehicle with my girl and myself were in it. Anything could of happened and I would hate to think about the possibilities. Literally the car would not move. Even after I put it in drive. I finally managed to get out and there was soap everywhere. I tried to explain to the guy that was there "assisting the car wash". His name was "Prince". Also the owner son was there and did nothing to assist either. So then after demanding it be fixed. They tell me to go through again. I do so and after it's all done, I get out to make sure there's no soap. The were oxidation marks on the truck. It's a 2020 vehicle. They said it was already there. I have photos of damages. I'm now stuck with a fee and they refuse to take responsibility for the incident. Also since the machine made the vehicle get stuck. It managed to flatten the tire and bring the tire pressure from 40 psi to 25 and kept going down. This need to be resolved or I will be taking them to small claims court
