I love am pm the staff are very sweet and also considerate I go there almost every day and it's the best store on the block the staff are just awesome I wouldn't know what to do if am pm didn't exist y'all deserve a trophy ? for best store on the block

This is the arco/ampm on coffee and orangeburg ave in Modesto ca 95354 it's 2am needed air in my tire on the way home from the er and this guy told me to pay for it at this hour refused to turn it on

Terrible staff, very attitude and sarcastic. Never going back. To greedy for their money, even if you are Four cents low, they won't sell you their product. They WANT those four Cents. If it's middle eastern or Indian owned don't shop there.

Csr Raj needs some MAJOR customer service training !! Today I went in to grab cups of ice for my girls and I . After grabbing the first cup the whole top of the dispenser popped off I was just standing their holding the cups and top of the dispenser trying to get Raj to come over and help since she was just standing behind the other CSR upfront . It took another customer saying uh excuse me the lady is asking for help the cup dispenser broke that she looked over BEYOND ANNOYED rolled her eyes and just said uhh ok. So I sat the cups down and finished getting my other two .I've lived here for years and not only did the last owner sell the cups of ice for just the price of the cup, but I used to work for chevron which had the same policy. The price of drinks isn't the cost of cups it's for the price of sodas plus cup. If they aren't getting soda ! You charge for the cup not full price . After standing behind the other CSR the grew long enough for her to open up her side . Of course I was the next customer in line and went over to her. I got no greeting no hello no did you find everything , literally nothing but an eye roll and loud annoyed breathing . As she was ringing me up I simply asked her why they charged the whole price when I just got ice.She loudly snapped at me ICE AND SODA ARE THE SAME PRICE DO YOU WANT IT OR NOT.I said you're rude , and she snapped back YOU ARE.Honey you're lucky I became a mom and doing the right thing lately . Unbelievably unacceptable. If you're so over customer service get a new damn job!

Ugh How the hell are you a gas station but don't except credit cards?! Very upsetting that this is the only close gas station to my house and they don't accept credit cards!

Only first responders can use the restroom? My children cant? Do first responders condone this kind of discrimination? And how does closing the restrooms everywhere help? So people have to urinate everywhere outside?
