They purposely post lower gas prices on one sign, while the sign with more expensive price is set further back. Even tho they're legally required to sell gas at the cheaper price they show, but they refuse to. They willingly break the law and don't even care

The morning worker at this store has no customer service etiquette whatsoever. I go in almost every night to purchase energy drinks since I work the graveyard shift. I downloaded the ampm app and it's a hassle logging in each time so I took a screenshot of the scan code. I've been using the screenshot with no issues. Today I went in when I got off work and the guy told me to scan it myself, the scanner wasn't within my reach so I was having trouble scanning it. He grabs MY phone out of my hand and swipes over and tells me I'm "being a smart a*** because it's a picture and not from the app. Like I'm trying to rip him off for 50 cents! So I explain to him that I have the app but it's easier to use the screenshot and he tells me if I have the app then use the app. Which I did, and after I was done making my purchase, I told him very nicely that not everybody was trying to scam him and he shouldn't treat people like that. This fool very rudely tells me that it's illegal to use a screenshot!! MAKING UP LAWS. And here I was expecting an apology. Not thinking I was going to go to ampm jail. I will never step foot in that store again. I'd rather drive 10 miles out of my way than be humiliated by some idiot.

This location consistently refuses to honor my ampm Scratch Power rewards. Tonight, after paying for our drinks that should have been free, the flimsy cup holder we were given let our cups go and spilled hot coffee on my friends feet. The cashier advised us to contact ampm, so that's what we're doing. Learn the ampm Scratch Power app and customer service. ?

Worse am pm ever! Staff is unprofessional and disrespectful! When I was ready to pay with my debit card the machine was not working properly and he had the audacity to tell me that my card was “too dirty” and requested me to pay cash. He then refused to charge me on the other side because he said that my card was the problem. I knew his explanation was bull because it was a brand new card . So I reached over to the side where my friend was being rung up and slid my card. And guess what? My card went through with no problems! The cashier was so mad he started to raise his voice and said some really rude comments. This behavior was not necessary. It is not ok to speak to women like that and I will never spend a dime in that store again!! This store doesn’t even deserve the one star I gave them!!!!!

The Indian worker there needs to learn how to talk to people. Went there to buy gas and I didn't have a mask so I covered my face using my clothes like other customers did out of respect and i waited in line for him to finish with the person in front of me. Mind you this guy, the cashier, is using a piece of cloth to cover his face instead of an actual mask either. And there were other people there shopping with nothing covering their face I'm holding my debit card out and before I even say anything he says in a rude voice, "Go outside and swipe" I tell him his card reader outside isn't working He says "Go to another pump" I tell him I'm here already can't you just do it? Then he says "You need mask can't help you" Like really? You're wearing a piece of cloth over your face like me. AMPM needs to teach their workers how to talk to people and not be lazy. I went to the Mobil Gas Station on 1626 Crows Landing Road and they have brand new paved ground, brand new clean and nice machines, no trash on the floors or anything and super fast card readers and fast service. Way better than AMPM and the gas only cost 10 cents more. Well worth it especially if you like no nonsense and fast service.

Went in and read a sign that states mix and match NOS Rock star or Monster 3 for 5.50. The register did not ring up that way. showed her the sign and she told me, NO they have to be all NOS. I told her the sign was incorrect then. She said the register reads it that way. They should have honored the sign and gave it to me for that price. Not going there again.

I come here because when I visit my family in Ceres this gas is always the cheapest in town! When regular prices in Sacramento were at $3.19 this gas station was at $2.99! That's so mind blowing to me. I don't really notice whether or not the customer service is good or not because I literally just go in and pay gas and then leave. From what I do notice is that the store is clean and always packed with good snacks. Also, the machines in the gas station area where you can place your cash and pay for gas... well those don't work. Honestly, I don't know if any of those work in any AMPM anymore.

Awful customer service. Asked for change and she wouldn't give it to me, she had to "wait until the drawer was opened" from another customer. Umm, I am a customer, I just used your ATM. So I waited. And then as she just got handed a $10 bill and had a couple others, which I asked for two 10's, she said she couldn't give them to me and gave me 5's. It was such a hassle for her to open the register and trade with me. Why are Arco and am/pm such trash establishments. I avoid them as much as possible and advise others to as well. This is not the only one I've had poor service from.

Filthy bathroom. Out of order sign on both bathrooms. Attendant didn't seem to know if there was a working toilet. And she wanted to charge $0.99 for water in my own water bottle. Yea right.
