Absolutely do not recommend. There was a mixup with our taxes (through no fault of our own) and we attempted for weeks to get assistance or at least some guidance from Alicia with no response. We had to reach out directly to the state who helped up clear everything up and the state realized that multiple elements of our taxes were prepared incorrectly AND our return amount that we were told was slashed extensively. I was ready to give Alicia the benefit of the doubt but I am sadly not the only review that speaks to her lack of response. I just want to warn others before they have any of the same issues that I do.

My husband and I went to this person to do our taxes gave her all our tax and very personal info. We never heard from her again! We tried over and over to find out what happened. We got a hold of her so called assistant. She never did a thing! Strangest thing ever. We had to finally fill out a form with the IRS to report this Aho person. Never got our papers back and never knew what the problem was. Very unprofessional and disturbing. Where IS our papers???????? At least send them to us! You have our address!!!!!!

I've been doing my taxes at Alicia's taxes and more since 2020, and she is definitely by far one of the best taxes prepare by experience she's very knowledgeable and very smart knows how to get a good return and I give her a 10 out of 1 the best.

Absolutely the worst "professional" we have ever dealt with. We came into her office in March of 2020 for Alicia to complete our tax return. Then all communication to us stopped. We have emailed her, called her multiple phones, text her, text/called her assistant and she has completely ignored us. For what reason? We will never know. We made our final attempt yesterday because we NEED to see our return and of course, no answer, no call back. She filed without us looking at it and without our signature. We ended up owing penalties and interest because she filed late. We also gave her everything to fix our 2018 taxes and she had not completed anything. Please save yourself the headache and go anywhere else but Aho's.

I have submitted my tax information the beginning of 2021 and have not received my tax money back. I have gone to her business and left a sticky note and drove by a couple of weeks ago and it's still there. I have called, texted and I am not getting a response. I am afraid she has taken my money. Do not do business with this establishment!!!

Please do not go here it is a scam once I give her the money and left that day I never heard from her I went in to get help for identity theft and she did not help me one but I had to go to Jackson Hewitt to get help nothing was done at Alicia and she still took my money
