Worst customer experience I've ever had email said 5 to 7 days for delivery of a fridge I bought and here i am day 10 and no delivery still just very unprofessional.

This has got to be one of the most unprofessional store in Modesto I have ever had to deal with. My dryer broke for the 3rd time and they picked it up 3 months ago and still haven't got any call about where it is or when id get it back. I have gone in the store 3 times and they just give me the run around. But yet I'm still expected to pay for it right? Haha no. Don't do business with this place

Worst experience I went in there to purchase and lady got rude w me cus my address wasn't accurate then the accounts manager James even got more rude with me I called customer service and filedcomplaint soo irritated w the service

Yesenia was very rude calling me to tell me my payment was due on the 1st, yes I know that I was in there today and made a payment. you should read your notes first before calling your customers with your attitude.

House caught on fire I lost every thing on social security raising grandkids all the did was call and threaten me would not wait for ins did not ask if my family was ok all they wanted was payment ot furniture I told them to pick it up but they did not want it because of fire I was living in motel barley surving and just kept getting these hateful calls . Pay and we won't call horrible people don't buy from them and they send used furniture and claim new but mattress says refurbished sanitized but you pay as if new

I 1st used Aaron's in 2018 when I got a desktop computer. And again to get 3 beds. Had an issue with a box spring, and it was replaced with no issue. It initially took longer to get the beds than it was supposed to, but Aaron's waved the 1st month payment because of this. Being on a fixed income, even though in the long run it costs more, the convenience, the warranty, and I am now using them AGAIN...I have no complaints.

The sofas literally fell apart and broke within a couple months, seats slanting, the recliners quit functioning, they lied that there is a time period you can bring it back for a refund - they promise you can but then later say because of covid no one can return anything - then why even offer and say there is a guarantee/return policy if you know there is not one? They did come out to try to fix the sofas then blamed us for breaking them , but I had my old sofa set for 10 years, and owned another few sofa sets before,never had a sofa fall apart like this before... I think flimsy materials. We paid cash and got the no-interest deal, I feel bad for people who have to do credit with the extreme high interest rates here. Not a good deal at all...

Be careful on using your card they will charge it when they are not supposed to then take their time on fixing the problem. And then don't show a care in the world.

They have good affordable couches refrigerators, appliances, TVs, Aaron's has anything you may need that you might want if you're moving into a new home, they deliver! They offer 12 month lease, or 18 month or 24 month lease at low monthly payments! They also offer to buy out in 3months cash price, so you don't have to pay any leasing fees for the three months! If you don't buy out in 3 months you can just continue making low monthly payments until end of lease term. They have a great staff, and the gentlemen James really helped make the best choices, i was impressed with his expertise?

Worse customer service ever!! So unprofessional and unorganized! If I could give negative stars I would! I should’ve known by my first impression. I went in on October 17th and felt like I was bugging them to purchase something. After finally being acknowledged we found the couches and tv we wanted, and surprise they weren’t in stock. He said he would have to order them And they would be in October 28th with a set up delivery date of October 30th. We called the 28th to follow up and were told We needed to speak to who placed the order. Ok no problem, we called the 29th and were told we needed to wait for him to come in and call us. So when he did call he informed me the items were there but due to inventory back up, our delivery was pushed to November 6th!! I then asked if we can just pick the items up and surprise, I was told the couches weren’t there. I finally just called back and canceled my order. Do Not Go Here!!!!! Not worth the stress! Worst experience ever!!!!!
