So glad I went to the right shop, Downright HONEST people, they definitely live up to their name,very respectful and explained everything to me to where I understood showing proof with pictures and videos of the symptoms, they also worked with my annoying used warranty service I got on this car, the warranty people are trying to possibly screw me and not offer the service easily but these guys are doing the best they can to not let others be down right crooks thank you guys I'd add your names if I remembered!

These guys are the worst tuners around. Took my car in for a tune and they left it worst than before. They took my surge tank cap and broke my windshield. Never taking my car back to them.

They definitely know their stuff. Diagnosed my problem right away and fixed it quickly as well as suggesting some preventative maintenance I should consider in the future. Will definitely go back here again.

Best auto shop in town! They work efficiently and always take such excellent care of my cars. The guys here are very informative of what issues my car is having, give me the best recommendations, and don't try to BS me just to get more money out of me. Pricing is reasonable. I've referred many people here and we'll all be returning customers from now on.

Within the first 5 minutes of interacting with the guys at respect auto works i knew I was in the right place. Some shops will talk to you like your stupid, try and get you in and out and not spend much time with you or that they dont have to earn your business. Not here. Everyone was very welcoming and interested in my car, asking questions about the build. It was very welcoming. I brought them up to speed on the issues I was having and the owner was able to give me multiple options for fixing the issue. Very knowledgeable and great customer service. I went in for just a diagnostic, and ended up getting a full tour of the facility. I was shown engine's being built, along with the machine shop side of things. If you're looking for a local shop to spend money with, that will grow along with your build, give them a shot. In house close decking, fire rings, you name it they're working on it. I love my IAG performance and M45 build but I feel so detached from the builder. I think my next build i will be able to be alot closer intouch with the process at hand and im really interested in that.

Honestly I wouldn't take my car there again specially to get tune my car was running lean and they said they did that on purpose I wouldn't even push the car and it still blew up I recommend them to a close friend tune his car had issues they replaced something and they had to remove belt tensioner it was put back with bolts missing if.

It is always a great experience when I come here to Respect Auto Works. Whenever my vehicle is not running efficiently or something just doesn't feel right I know I can rely on this team to figure it out and handle it. I, unfortunately, blew my head gasket from an overheating issue. Very time consuming to replace and diagnose and yet, Ethil with the rest of the team fixed her up within a few days! They had her up and running in no time and I got her out in a timely manner despite them being so busy with other customers and projects. They always update me via phone on what they find, the plan, the cost, and if I want to go through with it. Which I truly appreciate! After all, it is an expensive investment and one doesn't want to get robbed for their money right?? They are all super respectful and yet professional in their work. These guys truly care for customer satisfaction and deliver great service to all. I can not say it enough, but if you are ever having doubts on a mechanic or are looking for a new spot...... THEN GO HERE!!!! You will not regret it.

I have always been particular when it comes to going to shops for tunes or for work on my vehicle. I'm definitely one to do most the work myself or my husband. I got referred to respect from a friend and have had nothing but positive results. They answered every single question and concern I've ever had, they have a great way of making you feel completely welcome. For me it's not just about tuning its also about the tuners, I have found that all the people that work there love there Job and it shows. To me it makes the biggest difference , they want you to succeed and that's whats important. It's hard to trust a lot of shops out there bc most of them are scandalous but these guys aren't one of them. I havent taken my car anywhere else ! Tunes and mechanical skills are beyond average. I appreciate everything they do for me in such short time of knowing them. The vibe is great, customer service is great, tunes are great, they deserve way more than 5 stars.

I went in the get my compressor changed for my AC and it was going to be a pretty penny! But they found out the reason it didn't work was because of some wiring and saved me a lot of money. What I liked most of all was that i was called and asked if i still wanted the compressor changed since it was the original job, but I went the cheaper route, haha.....They did a great job, and was also helpful with pricing as well. Thank you guys, I'll be back for other work I'll be needing in the future.

Lost count after 6 shops I called about de-pinning my harness I had and they all didn't even want to do it or they were hesitant about it. Called RAW and no hesitation at all, came in that day and homie did it less than a minute. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Could not recommend this place LESS. I went in yesterday to get an alignment on my car, and to get my tire pressure sensors checked and changed. It was $100 for the alignment which is about right for a 4 tire alignment, but the part that has me fuming is the $60 they charged me to CHECK my tire pressure sensor lights (it's free to get them checked literally anywhere else (: )and then not change them because they were and I QUOTE "trying to rush my car before they closed" when i specifically asked when I called if they would have time to do everything. I was also told that one of my front struts was going bad and that all 4 of my sensors were bad, just to go over to America's Tires this morning and find out that 1) only 3 of my sensors were bad (sensors are $60 a piece so they were trying to cheat me out of more money) and 2) that all of my struts are perfectly fine. They'll run you for any little extra money that they can. ridiculous.

I had made appointment to drop off my car for a Diagnostic, and they were quick to find the problem and fix it for me! Great customer service, super friendly, and they were even nice enough to detail my engine bay!
