I went in to trade my truck in to get two newer work trucks for my company. They appraised my truck but the deal ended up not going thru on the two trucks but I went somewhere else and still needed to sell my truck to make the deal happen so I hit them back up and they stood by their appraisal and bought my truck so I was able to to get my new company vehicles! Very trustworthy guys at this place! Would highly recommend using these guys if you’re looking for a new truck! Thanks again 5 star auto!

I was stuck stranded and my car was overheating. I had approached them off the street. They didn't know me at all. Didn't even ask for my name and gave me $10 so that I can get coolant to get out of there and go home. I just got enough work. I worked at the Days Inn. I had a very long day. These men were very generous and nice and help me. I recommend you go to them and buy whatever you need to because they will give you a good deal LO. L thank you so much for your help. And hope to do business with you in the future for a new car

First Class all the way!
I had been looking for a Tundra and I found 5 Star Modesto doing a Google search for the truck. After looking at their inventory I saw a beautiful Tundra!
I sent a message to the dealer to verify they had it still. My message was responded to the very next day (I messaged at night) letting me know they had it.
I went in the next afternoon and was greeted promptly (as you should be).
I went right up to the truck and started looking at it. Within moments two people came up and were talking to me about it, Billy and Chris.
They were very quick to tell me about the truck. How it was a trade, why it was traded in etc. we walked around, looking inside and out. I even got down looking under the truck.
Everything looked good and so we went for a test drive. The truck drove great! Billy was very kind and considerate. He let me go as far as I wanted before heading back.
Once I was back I didn’t feel any pressure.
They offered to hold it for a day while I thought about it and discussed it with my family. ?
We discussed the price, came to an agreement and I’m the proud owner of my Tundra 4x4.
I would recommend anyone looking for a used car/truck to head on in!

Billy at Five Star Auto saved the day for my wife today! She was parked next door at the hospital she works at and locked her keys in the trunk of her car. She was on her way to a baby shower with all the gifts with her in the car and had no time to call AAA. She walked over to the dealership and luckily Billy was there to help her out and get her back on the road. Thank you Sir! Much appreciated and we will always speak highly of this establishment due to your amazing customer service, even if we weren’t customers haha!!

Sold my 2020 Silverado to this dealership. Excellent customer service Oscar reached out on Facebook marketplace and was very polite and patient the sales representatives took a look at the vehicle and made the process extremely efficient and pleasant. Would highly recommend selling your car to the dealership. Also, they had free water, which was great in this hot weather.
