Over the phone they told me that repairing a wheel cost between $60 and $80.
When I got to the place they told me it was $80 (and the damage was minimal) plus $40 to remove the tire, then put it on and balance...
How do I have to solve the problem and continue accepting... But they cheat, they don't tell you everything over the phone. That is not the way to do business, it is unethical and it is taking advantage of the situation.
Answer: I do not intend to damage your reputation.
Let's see...
(1) I called you because I found you on Google Maps where they say they repair damaged wheels. You gave me an approximate estimate of $60 to $80 and YOU OMITTED to say that there was another additional cost (that extra $40 you charged me).
(2) I found out that the person who repaired the wheels was someone external to you only when I arrived at your location.
(3) The estimate they should have given me was $60 to $80 to repair the wheel, PLUS $40 to remove, then balance, and put the wheel on the car.
(4) The wheel cannot be repaired without removing it from the car. If you tell me $60 to $80, it is logically assumed that this price includes all the work.
(5) I'm not richer or poorer for $40... I just don't like cheating (innocent or prepared). I don't want that money back.
So I'm NOT going to take out what I wrote, the work was well done, what was wrong was what they told me it was going to cost and what they charged me. But that obscures everything else.

I highly recommend this shop. The whole staff are friendly and they know there tires and wheels. I was able to purchase wheels and tires for a reasonable price. Orlando is very helpful and knowledgeable.
Will be recommending and definitely coming back.

Their customer service is awesome, I came because I had a flat tire and left with a new set of tires at a great price .. Jesus also mentioned about rotations and fix a flat warrantied for lifetime of the tires .. they definitely gain a loyal customer..
