Bushra and Kimberly at the shops at Mission Viejo Zales provided excellent customer service.
Thanks to Bushra I love my ring, it makes me smile, as well as feel very pretty. The ring has sedimental value and she just added more value to it.
I will be returning to Zales Mission Viejo for future jewelry purchases.

I went in with my mom to get some matching rings. I heard good things about Kym so I asked for her. She was wonderful and really helped us with choosing the right ring size. The other associate seemed to have jumped in and half took over which was bothersome. But overall great experience, can’t wait for the rings to come!

My daughter had bought me a watch and I needed it to get it sized so I went to Laguna mall and the lady Anna help me while she was adjusting my size on my watch the beautiful Maria was helping me look at rings very attended by both employees! customer service Excellent and would gladly return for my future jewelry needs ?

I was looking for an elegant bracelet for a dear friend but wasn't sure what to look at, until Asal, one of the salespersons at Zale, asked me a few questions about the person I'm shopping for and took me to a bracelet that I fell in love with. She was really helpful, caring, and friendly and offered me a very nice gift box and also gift wrapped the box. I absolutely loved their jewelry and enjoyed my Zale experience with her.

Magali was amazing! The original ring we ordered was lost in the mail when it was shipped. My fiancé was able to walk out that day with another ring and we were able to come back together to customs new ring. Working Magali made everything super easy!
