If you are looking to be motivated not only in your fitness goals but in all aspects of life, Wright Way Fitness is for you. I have never been a gym person. Big gyms, to me, are impersonal and can be intimidating if you are unsure of where to start. The first time I walked into Wright Way fitness I felt as if I belonged. The trainers are amazing, they keep you motivated and on track and the members at Wright Way are always there to cheer you on. From working out at Wright Way, to weekend hikes and planned Wright Way activities, Wright Way truly becomes part of your extended family.

I tried several gyms over the past few years nothing compares to Wright Way Fitness. From the moment I walked in the door I was called by my name. The trainers are extremely caring and always willing to help achieve your personal goals. The members are also extremely unique. Every person in this gym is rooting for each other. I have recommended Wright Way to several family and friends. This is definitely more than just a gym... it's a family!

My wife joined first, over five years ago. I laughed at her in the beginning as I imagined her doing some sort of Jazzercise with the girls while wearing legwarmers. I joined a few months later and was quickly humbled by my own weakness, the variety of exercises made available and the level of intensity which can be achieved (always up to you). Lots of friendly people show up and many of them could be considered "lifers". Years later, I am still showing up every weekday as long as I'm not traveling. Incidentally, I'm a 50 year-old avid mountain biker and recently suffered a severe crash where I broke seven ribs, a clavicle, a scapula and punctured a lung. The surgeons were all amazed by my quick turn-around and they attributed it to the shape I was in at the time, thanks in large part to Adam and Monique at WW Fitness. By the way, I returned to the gym after six short weeks of recovery. To think that, just a few years ago, the only squats I was proficient in were the "diddly" variety.

My journey to better heath and fitness began a little over a year ago now. Over the past few years I had neglected my diet and fitness. Enough was enough so I found a trainer I had used and trusted before. Adam Wright. Now a business owner of Wrightway Fitness. I started with the boot camp style classes slowly, just a few times a week. After a few months I was up to 4 times a week then 5. Soon, I was adding a half hour extra before the boot camp. Adam Is very knowledgeable and personable as are the other trainers there. I could have gone anywhere for training but I found a home at WWF.

Excellent training! Knowledgeable trainers with creative sessions so you don't​ get bored. No meat market feel here. All levels of fitness are welcomed by all class participants
