With the need to furnish our new home we visited many furniture stores before walking into Woodbridge Interiors - Mission Viejo. We were already full of anxiety but discovering Woodbridge Interiors’ vast offering of fine furniture we felt even more overwhelmed. We immediately noticed the quality difference at Woodbridge. Unlike our experience at other furniture stores, Ms. Shervin seemed to be more interested in helping us than selling something to us. Upon greeting us at the door, Shervin immediately learned our interests and desires. We gravitated towards the Stickley Walnut Grove series furniture. Shervin went above and beyond when she visited our empty home to get measurements. She was also very helpful in identifying decorator items to complement the unique characteristics of our home. Shervin is not only a delightful person, but we are extremely satisfied with her excellent professional interior design assistance with our entire home.

I purchased a Stickley bookcase on sale and was able to complete the transaction by phone. Jeff was exrremely helpful. The bookcase was delivered this week; guys were very careful and helpful. Love my new Stickley addition.

I bought 6 pieces of furniture here in May of 2024, 1 of them being a California King bed. The bed wasn't going to arrive for months, and I was aware of that delay. It finally arrived and was delivered Sept 26th, but it was the wrong size. The rails sent were Eastern King. This was someone else's mistake, NOT mine. The solution from management was that I needed to wait another 4 months for the rails. I told them the more reasonable solution was to simply get me a new mattress. The one I asked them for was an Avocado eco mattress costing $1529, with delivery within the week since they are made in Los Angeles. They were already offering to provide me with the correct size of bunkie board to lower the mattress to a reasonable height. (I am currently using my previous box springs and mattress that causes the bed to be at counter height, making me have to lift myself into it every time I climb in). Management was not amenable to my solution, even though I explained in detail my issues with their solution. In fact, Jeff laughed at one of my reasons flat out.
I told them I would buy the mattress myself and look into dealing with them thru the BBB to see if we could come to a better solution. The next day, I was contacted by someone new, offering me a discount of exactly the price of the mattress. Great. I'm glad we could come to a meeting of the minds, esp since I spent over $30k in your store & being treated like *I* was the problem wasn't really working for me.
I was then told several days later how much the bunkie boards would cost (over $400), even though I had been offered them as part of the solution. I was then told that was only going to be "temporary" until I waited 4 months for the rails to come in. I told them to forget it and ordered my own for $129 on Amazon.
I regret ever coming into this store. My salesperson and designer, Shervin, is lovely, and I enjoyed working with her. This all became a mess when Jeff, the store manager, didn't seem to know how to reasonably help a person who spent the amount of money I did for someone on their end to screw up. I know they think asking a customer to wait 8 months for a bed seems reasonable to them, somehow, but it isn't. I worked retail for 30 years and have never had a problem with such a simple solution go the way this has. It's absolutely flabbergasting.

I walked into the store wanting to consider the options available, but not sure about ordering. The service was great, i knew what i wanted and they had enough choices for me to select from and i did. Can’t wait for my new beautiful sofa in 4-6 weeks!

Cherokee was most generous with her time, knowledge and patience as she assisted us with our furniture selections. Jeff was equally helpful throughout the transaction. A very nice store with excellent displays and selection. Highly recommended.

They did a great job helping me find the perfect comfort sleeper for my guest room. The showroom was beautiful and the service was excellent. After speaking with me, Pollyanna came out to my home for an in-person consult and made it a breeze to narrow down options that were right for the space. I was even able to conveniently place an order through secure text. Would highly recommend this business!
