Great store and filled with options!I stopped in yesterday for the first time in YEARS! The last time I recall shopping at Windsor was for my Winter Formal back in 2007! I was surprised and excited to see that they were NOT just a dress store anymore!They had so many cute outfits with so many different and fun patterns!After about 30 minutes of browsing, I found a simple but trendy top and an adorable summer dress. I headed to the register and was helped by Emily. She was so sweet and made me feel confident with my selections.If not for the clothes, I'll be back just based off of Emily's positive being!Thank you Emily and team!

Amazing people make for amazing shopping experiences, even for people like me whom are not a fan of shopping, let alone shopping for a dress post baby.Thank you Maxine!Maxine, at the Windsor Dresses store in the Mission Viejo Mall in Mission Viejo California, is a skilled professional with incredible costumer service skills, a very friendly demeanor with a knowledgeable confidence of the store’s inventory that makes a costumer feel at ease, even when shopping for a last minute wedding for THAT evening. Maxine has a keen eye for finding the fashion style of the costumer quickly, and for finding helpful options that will flatter the costumer while making the costumer feel genuinely confident WITH OUT the superficial complements, but with listening to our insecurities (which we all have), and then working hard to find the right dress.I’m a mom of 3, who doesn’t like to shop for clothes, and was very stressed out about finding ANYTHING at alllll, left the store in 20 minutes with 2 dresses that make me fee beautiful again. After a baby, THAT FEELING is priceless and irreplaceable.Thank you again, Maxine!-That mom in the black leggings Saturday afternoon.

Randomly stopped by here while shopping at the mall because I saw a skirt on display that I was so desperately looking for all day. Happened to go in looking for a skirt and found a couple that were super cute, and great pricing! I wandered around a little more and came across a black bootie on display, the perfect shoe that I had also been searching for all day. I asked the sales associate Mia if there were any in other sizes. Turns out the shoe on display was a size 9 and it was the last pair in that size. Only issue was, the second shoe was missing. Mia searched all over the back and front and was able to find the other shoe to complete the perfect pair I had been looking for! She was extremely kind, professional and went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. This was my first time ever shopping at Windsor and I will definitely be back because of what a great experience I had. Thank you Mia!!!

wow!! Maxine is truly the epitome of customer service!! I never had a better experience at Windsor! not only was she so helpful in finding the products I needed and whether or not certain items went with my dress, but she was smiling the whole time and show me nothing but warmth and kindness. Based on my experience alone, I can hardly say I would love to come back to this Windsor for not only so great products that's great representation of customer skills being displayed by Maxine! Omg this is the best Windsor to shop at! Several reasons for this review. The girls working were super helpful and friendly to every single person that entered their store! Every single person which I can tell you were a lot of people. I was given the cutest style suggestions from Kaley Campbell, I cannot wait to wear for my date night. Already know my husband is going to love my outfit! I also shopped for a girls night out outfit and Kaley nailed it too along with the help of Manager Maxine! I bought the top she was wearing because it was fire! Really cute . I will always come to this location. They have great inventory that is in trend and classic looks as well for all occasions . Thanks Kaley and Maxine. :-) see you again

I wish there was a way to leave no stars. My daughter had the best experience yesterday with a great sales associate whose name I do not have. She bought an outfit for her 21st Birthday. By mistake they left the sensor on which was a bit of issue to come back since she has a busy schedule. I went back to the store with her on her birthday to get the sensor taken off. We were barely greeted by Imani if thats what you want to call it. She said it happens all the time and was unaplogetic about it. She grabbed the top and shoved it in a bag while we looked around. I asked her if she had these pink shoes in a size 9, she had me look for the size and then came and grabbed it out of my hand. When we were checking out she was on the phone the entire time. Im astonished that someone like this has a sales job. I wont be back and I will tell everyone about my experience with this store. There are so many nice genuine people, Imani should not be an employee with Windsor. She should have a job where she has ZERO contact with the public. Thanks Imani for helping make my daughters birthday amazing!! NOT!!
