I love the small office and find everyone very friendly and helpful. In this day and age we are all too impatient but I've learned to be nice and I've never had any problems using that approach! Grest bank!

Most uneducated maneger and inpolite staff. eventho it´s 1 mile to my place.I go to LakeForest,Tustin,Irvine for not see maneger´s face to ruin my day.

Stood in line for 10 min with one teller here. Not one single person offered to help. Manger completely ignored me as well as other employees. No wonder the 2 stars for this location . I'd give it negative stars if I could . Go to another branch!!

They will smile all the while being incompetent and terrible. I ordered foreign exchange currency four days ago. I was told it would be here by a certain date. I showed up and they hand me SOMEONE ELSE'S money envelope. Seriously, a bank just hands me a stack of money that belongs to someone else. When I correct them, they look confused as tell me mine is not here. It would be another 3-4 days! My flight is today and this has now caused a major headache. They smile and act friendly, but I would rather have competence than a dopey smile any day.

Couldn't open an account with them because they don't have bankers on staff. They wouldn't check other locations to see where I could open an account, either. It's as if they don't want customers. I was instructed to do it on-line... why bother having this "bank," then? Hahah.

I had a great experience with Shalena today. I needed some help with a new account I had opened and she went above and beyond. I had my toddler with me and he was having a tantrum and she helped me with him and showed so much patience and kindness. It was so nice to have someone like Shalena help me when I was feeling overwhelmed by my sons behavior. I would definitely recommend going to this branch for outstanding customer service!

Wells fargo has been getting a lot of bad press over the last few years but many of their employees go above and beyond to service the customers. This branch closed due to the virus and when I needed to retrieve my things from the safe deposit box the manager and an employee met me there to open up. Unfortunately I left my cell phone in the closed branch. It was many hours before I noticed the error. I then drove to the new location where the manager works. He was willing to get a staff member and drive to the Vista del Lago location to get the phone for me. He then dropped it off at another Wells fargo the was more convenient for me and I retrieved it the next day. The manager Renzo Calvo and his staff went well above my expectations in handling my error.

I love this location theres no line here. For a person like myself beeing always busy always on the go this is the go to location. Staff is friendly and delightful. Appreciate you all.

I make sure that this branch with this manager less then 3 star unfortunately today with Renzo the (manager )I had very bad Custumor service ever and bad experience suppose Wells Fargo double check with new branch manager more professional

The customer service was not friendly. The teller helping me had a rude tone of voice. I felt that the teller waiting on me did not want me in the branch( very mean glare) due to the color of my skin. Need I say more!
