“The staff are super friendly and helpful. I have an anklet that isn't expensive by any means yet holds sentimental value, and I've needed 2 repairs on it. The repairs have been quick, cost effective, and no judgment on the money value of my piece. They definitely make you feel comfortable and their shop is always busy it seems.”
“Stopped in to have a watch resized to a smaller size. This is the second time getting links removed. The first watch repair person said only the links with pins could be removed. The expert watch repair person at this establishment was able to remove an additional link without issue. The watch is a perfect fit and only took 10 minutes. We will be retuning for additional services!”
“I went to have some simple servicing done. So i went to their retail store twice today. I noticed a nice inventory and display of Omega's, Tudor's, Breitlings, Tag Heuer's, Cartier's, and more. Now slowly, I am warming towards another luxury hotel watch purchase. A very professional gentleman named George Garanian was my point-of-contact. He has sales responsibility but adjusted the links of my watch himself. He also showed some very nice timepieces. All and all, because of George, a very great experience. I will contact George again in the future.”

“Couldn't recommend watch works any more highly after an excellent experience with Mike! He got me an amazing deal on my Hamilton watch and some great accessories and upgrades as well. Price simply couldn't be beaten, and it's a new release watch as well. He changed straps/bands two times for me and ensured I was completely satisfied with my purchase. There was a woman working there today too, and I overheard how kind she was to her customer as well. Overall, they have an amazing selection of watches (especially Hamilton, won't find that many anywhere within 50+ miles) and amazing customer service. Despite an early Sunday afternoon, it had a constant stream of customers and she was solo but managed to keep us all happy. Loved that she never made me feel rushed so I felt comfortable trying things on.
Purchased two items. If they wear well; this establishment has affordable pricing on awesomeness (jewelry/collectables/watches/pens.) Appreciated Faye taking the time to explain how to care for my items.
