Walgreens does not know what they are doing. You sit on hold for 30 minutes every time you call. They take a very long time to fill your prescription. They are unable to answer half of your questions when the question should be easy to answer. Very poorly staffed. Nothing but frustration from them.

If you want a long wait for a prescription then come here. My wife had to have a prescription transferred from out of state because she was out and the standard answer was 24-48 hours. She had to push to get the employee to call our pharmacy in the other state, besides the fact she's already in Walgreens' system since we used to use it. Voila, the other pharmacy transferred it in a matter of minutes. But then came the 30-45 minute wait. How long does it take to count 30 pills and put them in a bottle? Well we found out. There's a new guy on his first day and they threw him in the deep end without adequate training. He took my wife's pills and stuck them in a bin without telling anyone. And it was ready in 20 minutes. My wife got an email that she saw after the fact saying that it was ready. They didn't even page her even though they knew we were waiting.My wife showed our new insurance card on her phone and the new guy didn't even know how to put insurance information in. Shouldn't that have been the first thing that he was taught when the pharmacy opened at like 9:00 a.m. or whatever? Well our company didn't send us physical cards even though I asked. Supposedly the pharmacist couldn't do squat because there's no group number on the card and she had to call the company to verify. Ummm, how did our existing pharmacy get the prescription coverage without issues? Then Esther the pharmacist tried to tell us that our insurance only covered a 90 day supply. I told her that was incorrect and asked her why our other pharmacy was able to approve a 30-day supply. She said I don't know and looked on the computer. Miracle of miracles. She saw that she had to put an override code in (which I doubt, I think she was trying to cover for the fact that our insurance company does approve 30 day supplies and she didn't see it or was trying to cheat us and up the amount paid). How many people, especially old people who seem to be the majority of the clientele, does Esther cheat on a daily basis doing stuff like that?Completely and totally unorganized and unprepared and dare I say possibly crooked? Don't go here.

There are lots of bad reviews but my experience has been fine. The only issue is that sometimes the line (and consequently the wait) can be long. And the staff changes frequently, they don't seem to be able to hold employees for too long. But they are always friendly and I've never had a major issue with them.

Had a vaccination appointment for 2 people at 2:15. Showed up at 2:07 and no on was there. Was told they went to lunch and would be back in 30 minutes or so. Was told to sit and wait for them to come back, or come back in 35 minutes or so.

I visited Walgreen at the corner of Marguerite and Estanciero, at Mission Viejo. Both Evelyn and Noah are very helpful, knowledgeable, professional and very kind. What a pleasant trip to Walgreen today. I used Western Union Machine and also took passport photo at Walgreen. Thank you guys.

If I could give this store/pharmacy a zero rating I would. Ridiculously long wait times for picking up prescriptions and rude staff members (not all of them) is disgraceful. Go elsewhere if at all possible. Called to complain but to no avail. Transferred all my medication to CVS so I don't have to go there ever again. Been a loyal Walgreens patron for 30+ years and this store is awful to say the least.

i never write reviews but i had such an incredible experience at this walgreens! i placed a same day pickup order for a birthday gift and although it said it was ready, when i went in store i was told that noone at the store was trained to make the item. i drove 25 miles to this location just to be told that and i needed the gift that day so i was super dissapointed. only to get a call after i left that a staff member had overheard this encounter and felt bad, so he went and learned how to print the item just for me! it came out great and my aunt was so happy with the gift. ive never had someone go above and beyond for me like that, may or may not have cried lol. i wish i got this mans name but i was just so rushed. if you're reading this sir you really made my night and i appreciate it so hard!!

Convenient location but the pharmacy is always so disorganized. Staff are never the same, so are perpetually in training, having to ask the pharmacist “how do I ring this up?” “Where do I find this prescription?” No wonder the pharmacist can’t get anything done. The person working drive through loudly announced that the customer was picking up Cialis. I’m done coming here, makes me nervous wondering if they’re getting my medications right.

Got my kid’s flu shot there. Grateful for the staff’s patience and of course if was a lot of screaming for the kid involved and no doubt terrified the other customers. Would prefer vaccination staff to mask up in the future for their own protection.

I gave 2 stars merely for the location. The pharmacy and online account are always in disarray. I have been taking 2 medications for at least a year and only today was I told about a negative interaction between the two. It took me 30 minutes to get a prescription sorted out when I had a refill that should've been refilled online. Also, after years of being on file, they tell me they don't have my card on file.While I was waiting, a man came up with an appointment for vaccinations, but the store had no record of it. How does this place stay open? They do not have enough staff to be efficient.

Service is slower than a frikin turtle and the Team Lead, Page, or whatever is his name is, needs to get educated on whether to call someone ma'am, Miss or Ms. last I checked I'm not an old lady LoLz

This pharmacy provides the worst service. They open at 8am (as noted on the drive thru window) but they rarely open on time. They also claim to have not received prescriptions doctors have sent often, sending us back and forth to track it down. This never used to happen at the Walgreens we used to go to in Lake Forest.

Worst pharmacy ever. They text and leave voicemails that prescriptions are ready and 75% of the time after you've waited behind 4 others they don't have it. Walgreens IT dept is non-existent, along with the ancient credit card readers. They use just-in-time inventory and even the most common meds are not in stock. Often takes days to get what you want. Staff turnover is high and miserable. When they did drive up Covid testing, they would put the Covid materials and samples on the same table beside the register as the one they checked prescriptions on! No gloves, no sanitation protocol, nothing. Never, ever get behind a car in the drive thru, as there is no way to get out of the line, if the one in front of you is hung up. Also if it is a new prescription, you must park and go into the store for a brief from the pharmacist; they can't be bothered to walk 10 more steps to the window. If you go there for a shot, a gas station bathroom would be better than their folding screen and a chair. Go to the store in RSM for a better experience and a drive through that you can bail sideways from the line, believe me it's worth the extra drive.

Overall the experience with pharmacy was horrible on the phone. Rafik is extremely rude and unprofessional and not willing to help.
