I gave them a shot and I was impressed!! I called Santiago last week and told me to bring in my Tesla first thing Monday morning at nine. I have a power 12inch subwoofer that's need to be installed. Brought my own cables and all. He recommended to use his power cables which I did the ones i bought was from Amazon was the cheapies wire made from aluminum. Santiago. Uses pure stranded copper the good quality. I brought my comfy Folding chair because I know it'll be a 3 hrs install. No rush I want it clean as possible which it was. I was very happy how it turned out special on the Tesla !!! The power sub fits perfectly in my trunk cubby. Even with the cubby closed I still feel the bass and I was impressed. Thank you, Santiago you know your stuff very well!!!!! I am looking forward to replace all my factory speakers and install a new digital amp which works with the factory radio.

I hired these guys to Install my Espar Diesel heater in my 2020 Mercedes conversion van. I installed the fuel line on the exhaust pipe, causing a leak that would smoke me out of my van and was dangerous to our health and our dogs. I had to take a day out of my trip and hired another Van shop to reinstall. They refused to stand behind their work and told me that they had installed it correctly and would not refund me any money. If you’re looking for a shop that stands behind it, stay clear of these people.

Santiago and Viejo Auto Stereo are the best! I went to several other places with an 02 Tacoma. They gave me excuses why a sub was hard to install in a Tacoma. Santiago knew right away they could do it. He installed a 10" sub, 5 channel amp and replaced all the speakers. It sounds amazing and the price was fair for all of the work. It took them a day. They also mentioned they could work on his truck. There's a full-time mechanic. I'll definitely use these guys again. Totally impressed by their work and honesty.
