Went in to pay my phone here and they did not pay attention to me and then the told me that my pay was gone thur but didn't not and my phone was trun off not happy

There were only two employees and they were doing there best to make sure people were acknowledged and served as quickly as possible. There was a very dissatisfied person that they handled with great patience

This is a terrible store.
Free upgrade is $280.
I understand you have to pay taxes on the new phone- that is $68.
They charge a $40 transfer fee to do iCloud transfer.
Not optional.
They also charge $180 for phone “dress up” kit (case, protector, etc) which is also not optional.
If you upgrade you have no choice not to buy their case and pay them to transfer data so I bounced out.
Shady practice to make upgrades mandatory.
