In a world where you rarely find human beings that care these days, it is nice to know that there are businesses that actually concentrate on customer service, rather than the monetary transaction. I went to another smoke shop in San Clemente to buy some coils for my Nord 4 and they gave me the wrong one, not professional and they made me waist my money. I took it in today and the worker there said that I was on my own to return it to the manufacturer. After talking to him, he conferred with the owner and gave me a new Vape.
