I am never coming here again unless I absolutely have to haha. I already had a label printed out onto my package and I just wanted to drop something off but their drop off bin is not in a convenient spot like every other post office. Some worker dude told me to go through a door behind the main desk. He had me walking behind the counter like I was an employee?. Then I got yelled at by another worker and that’s when I finally found the drop off bin which was behind the counter and barely visible because of the long lines. Such a weird experience I was stressing haha. OH and their parking lot is downright horrid.

It has been 2 weeks since my seller made a tracking # for my package and still no update. The phone number is the general USPS customer service center which doesn't allow you to speak to a representative, so I guess they don't even employ those anymore. Will update my review if and when I get my package.

I have only been here to renew my passport so I am unsure about how the other services are, but Lou was an absolute delight! She made the process so easy. She was very kind and easy to talk to. I would recommend seeing her for all your passport needs. Thanks Lou!

ZERO-STAR USPS LOCATION
One of the full-time counter employees should be a sewer worker down in the sewer tunnels where he can spread his miserable immature attitude and behavior with the other vile discharge and excrement. This pseudo-adult spreads his misinformation, distortions and fabrications causing other immature dank individuals to become triggered. This is not the only counter employee who is unprofessional and displays non-adult behavior. It reaches the level of egregiousness.
The rest of this post office's public employees are not that much better as indicated by the extremely poor reviews posted online. This is obviously a reflection of a inadequate unprofessional local Postmaster failing to properly manage this USPS location.
One may wish to use the next closest USPS post office to avoid this horribly operated Zip Code.

The Asian male at this location should not be in a front-facing position. He is rude, impatient, and completely unhelpful. I have dealt with a couple of other people there who have been decent, but he makes the whole place stink. I go out of my way to use the lake Forest post office when possible and I've never had a bad experience there. They are always fully staffed and the staff is really kind and considerate. I don't know how this guy is still working there after looking through all of these reviews. He's the worst.
