Great UPS store! These are individually operated and managed from what I gather, and this team stands out from the 3 or 4 others I use. They always promptly greet with a smile, are efficient, the store is clean & tidy, and pack my belongs in my absence after leaving with zero issues.

This ups store is run by an incompetent store manager, I’ve never heard of a shipping place that says it open at 8 but yet it’s 8:10? I’m confused does ups make up the hours or does the store manager? Im wondering if running behind schedule means 30 more minutes of sleep. This store either needs to fix its hours or fix its employees. This is outrageous and needs to be fixed. Please UPS Fix the staffing here

PSA DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME. You shouldn’t give this owner/staff any business. Our day ruined by a horrible attitude staff named Nicole. She’s super miserable, I asked if we don’t have to pay for one of the PDF’s.We simply just asked since the prints are 0.30c each, she gave us SO much attitude for just asking. Huffing and puffing, rolling her eyes.Ruined our day she should be fired for such an awful attitude. Total Karen. I had to retract my packages since I felt she will retaliate.

Confirming prior reviews. This place opens nowhere near on time for hours posted. Waited 15 minutes after 10am and place is abandoned.Seems like the norm for them rather than an isolated issue.

The store's regular hours are from 8:00 am to 6:30 pm, I'm here to send a product, it's 8:17 am and the store is completely CLOSED, bad service, update your hours, waste of time.

I have to come to this store often since my office is across the street. They are NEVER open on time. Was here last week at 10:30am three different times and they still weren't open even though the sign says 8am. I don't think I've ever gone and they were open on time. The next store businesses say they are always late and leave whenever they want. Worth it to drive somewhere else.
