Every time I've visited this store, the staff is friendly and helpful. This time, I needed a passport photo and wasn't sure if they offered that. It wasn't listed on the window display signs. Yes, they do. An employee took my photo and quickly processed 2 passport photos, with no issues. I had just spent almost 45 minutes at another place, but they couldn't get their printer to work. I will recommend UPS Store for passport photos in the future.

Have used this particular location numerous times. They are friendly and courteous at the same time they are fast, knowledgeable and efficient. They almost seem to know what I'm there for before I reach the counter. I went on the Thursday before Christmas and there was no wait.

Showed up 4 mins before closing and they turned me away. They close off shipping a certain time prior to closing time even though I was the only customer in for service. Staff eager to close up shop, didn't care I drove across town and rushed to get there...

Stopped in here a couple weeks ago to return an Amazon package and ship something else out. I printed both labels in store and they ended up on the wrong packages. My amazon return was sent to someone’s house and my personal package has yet to be located. I’ve spoken to two associates, tried calling customer service which is impossible to get ahold of someone, and have spend hours trying to get my personal package located. I’m out way more money at this point than i should be for something that was not my fault. I hate to leave a one star review but nothing was done to help me and all i got was “our manager is out on vacation” and “i wish i knew how to help”.

Literally spent 30 seconds dropping off a package, they quickly processed a shipping label and even provided packaging tape.

I work at one of the business in the plaza and I am super shy and not from the area! But as stuttering and jittering as I was they helped me out so well and was so patient. (Which was weeks back I'm just writing the review late) During this time unfortunate for them, they had a difficult customer but they handled it so so well. It was an Asian American guy and American guy working the shift. They really deserve a raise for how well they handled the situation and how fast they work! I pass the store often and often see them inside, but next time will only stop by if 1 of the 2 are working.

I have used this facility for a long time, and they used to have a great crew. The new clerk does not know what a bag or box is. I would love to return when there is better staffing and training.

The company asked for my identification to mail something. I explained that I didn't have my ID on me, but I could show it to him from my phone. The person said that they couldn't accept this as it was against store policy. I had mailed something a few weeks before and wasn't asked for my telephone number or ID. When I asked when this policy was put in place, I didn't get a response. No one else who came in was asked for identification; however, the woman next to me also swore she would not be returning. The business I work for primarily uses FedEx, but I had to send something to a PO Box. I'll be going directly to the post office in the future. They also couldn't understand the concept of using a business address for the return address and kept trying to use my personal information for the mailing

They are very efficient and do a good job. I go here mostly to make Amazon returns and I'm satisfied by the level of service I receive.
