Stopped in a couple of times to get some help with printing and scanning. The employees were friendly and helpful (only reason for the 2 stars). All was well until the owner got involved on my second visit. He was very demeaning and rude to me. He clearly wasn’t interested in making me a repeat customer.
I took my future business to the location on Portola Pkwy. I used their pack and ship services and spent @ $2,000 all together as I was settling an Estate. The owner there, Sean, was grateful to have my business.
I won’t come back to this location and doubt it will be successful given the negative vibes.

I was just checking store hours and saw all the negative reviews. Writing this to help them out. The old owners were hit and miss but still great if you got to know them. The new owners have been great from the start. I send packages here regularly because I live around the corner and have had no complaints. It would be a mistake to avoid this place because of the bad reviews, and I’m the type of person that always looks at reviews before going somewhere.

The neg reviews are addressing the prior owners. This is a totally new experience. The staff is helpful and courteous. It's a new atmosphere. Hopefully the old reviews can be removed. The old reviews don't relate to the current staff and store.

I love going to this UPS store. The new owners, Ash and Tahmina are always so helpful and friendly. They have notary also and is at a very convenient location. I will definitely recommend them to my neighbors.

These guys are the epitome of "personalized service with a smile". I use their facility to ship packages at least once a week and they have never failed to impress me with their warm welcome and efficient service. I also heard that they are soon going to renovate the place - and they now deserve every hard-earned accolade coming to them when they took over the operations from the previous owners. Great to see that the "friendly neighborhood storekeeper spirit" is alive and well in Mission Viejo!

Ashraf and Tamina are always super helpful with all my mail and packages. Their associates also go above and beyond when I have more than a few packages. There is notary services available and it is very convenient for our business. Thank you so much!
