Super fast, easy, helpful. my insurance doesn't cover my medication but Samih made sure to find me a coupon and save me money! He is polite, courteous and I'd highly recommend using this pharmacy!

This pharmacy is located inside a medical building in a medical complex. There's a sign on the door that says masks are required. Why are all the customers wearing masks but the guy behind the counter handling your medication isn't? My doctor sent in a prescription. 5 days later I hadn't heard from Tower so I called to ask. They said the received the prescription but didn't know when I wanted it so hadn't started filling it. I find this to be quite ridiculous. Every other pharmacy either calls you or fills it automatically.

Nice people as they deliver but they over charged my sick mom by a lot. Now that I am in charge of procuring her medication her prescriptions are cut in half.

I liked how the pharmacist assisted us when we bought medicine for my sister's cough. She was well-educated on different types of medicine. She was very nice and friendly. I love their customer service!

I am always impressed on how fast Tower Pharmacy gets you in and out. Dealing with Pharmacies and the line can be a nightmare! But never once has it happened at Tower. I've never waited more then 5 minutes. You will find yourself being a lifetime customer. I always have a good experience, and I can't say enough by how friendly Sammy is.

I will go out of my way to use this pharmacy every time! They are so nice (pharmacist and staff) and they are super speedy AND they validate for parking.

Used this pharmacy for about 1 year to purchase medications for my mom. She lived at a board and care home and all medications needed to be bubble wrapped. Tower Pharmacy was close and convenient. Sami the pharmacist was always kind and always had moms prescriptions done quickly. The staff were very friendly.

I LOVE COMING TO Pharmacy Compounding Center!! Every time I come here Sammy makes me laugh so hard! They also are always really fast and if my insurance doesn't cover things, sometimes they give me coupons they find! They also have a really yummy snack selection which I shouldn't indulge in...but I totally do! This is definitely my main pharmacy and I would recommend this place to everyone!

Hello :-) I am so amazed at the efficiency of Samih Botros (RPH) at this pharmacy that I wanted to write a few words about him! I now have a two hour drive to see my Orange County doctors- and am often in a rush to get on the freeway to avoid detrimental traffic to say the least! Mr. Botros- Everytime is like a mind-reader.... Apart from being very pleasant and knowledgeable; he is able to get me on the road SO quickly and efficiently that I am always quite frankly-incredulous!! The ladies working there are also very kind :-) I believe this pharmacy has hired well!!

Great local pharmacy. Sammy the pharmacist is very knowledgeable and friendly. He will take the time to answer any questions you may have. My prescriptions are always filled on time and ready to go. Great pharmacy!

I'd give 0 stars if I could. Customer service and namely attitude is piss poor. I'm in the medical field and I have never been condescended to like I was at this pharmacy. Quite frankly, I'm disgusted at staff attitude here. Go anywhere else but here.
