This is what I call excellent customer service. Having been an HR executive for years and also a customer service manager for a few years, I recognize the importance of great staff. A few days ago I asked for everyone's name because they are all outstanding: Lesley, Jennifer, Rachel, Ali, and Joseph. PS The store is well stocked and they have notaries. In fact Ali helped us with several documents. And, the plant in the store makes it so pleasant.

They are awesome! Always smiling, patient, and kind. They’ve never once made me feel bad about the amount of Amazon returns I have ? while other locations definitely have not been friendly about. As a plus size woman who has to buy most of her clothes on line I can greatly appreciate them being so nice!Definitely my preferred UPS hands down!

EXCELLENT customer service at this UPS store! Owner believes in providing great customer service and it’s reflected in his friendly staff. Store is clean and well organized. I drive past another UPS store to do my business at this one. There is no comparison!

I come here a lot with Amazon returns. I’m getting older and shop online a lot so I don’t have to drive. My current trip came while recovering from surgery. I had 2 returns and didn’t do the return on Amazon correctly. I was helped beyond acceptable. Everything was straightened out and returned and I was able to also vent about my surgery. I live alone and enjoy people and for them to take the time to have a chat is huge for this old man.

These guys are awesome! I went in to ship a return. Two employees were with customers and one was boxing something behind the counter. She immediately stopped what she was doing to help me. I love that!
