I love this business. I started here 12 years ago by moved away. I just started back about a month ago and love it all the same. It's hugely beneficial to my routine. The trainers are so kind and encouraging. I just wish the owners would change the website so it would offer the ability to make multiple appointments at one time.

The Perfect Workout has been a great experience for me. I have been looking for a long time for a workout program that works with my schedule and gets results. This is a program that really works. Slow motion strength training has improved my muscle tone and I have become so much stronger. I look so much better in my clothes and I feel so much better about myself. Twice a week for 20 minutes has changed my life, my bone density has improved and this has made a huge change in my over all physical being.The trainers are great and they all take a personal interest in your goals. I look forward to my training sessions. I can honestly give The Perfect Workout a 5 star rating!!August 14, 2018 (FIVE STAR RATING)The previous review I wrote was November 2011 when I first started at the Perfect Workout in Mission Viejo. I have been going to the Perfect Workout at the Mission Viejo location since 2011. It has been a great experience for me and obviously love it! This is a workout that really works. Twice a week for 20 minutes has made a big change in my life. My Bone Density has improved and I do not need to take medication, that is Big for me. I feel good about myself, my body is strong and I have great muscle tone. The trainers are great and they take a personal interest in your goals. I look forward to my workouts! Give the Perfect Workout a try and see what a change it can make in your life. I am Stronger, Happier and Healthier now!!Patty B.

I have been going to this studio for 2+ years. Trainers are wonderful and the regimen of twice a week workouts is great for me. It's easy to adjust your appt if needed and the trainers work with any physical problems you might have on a particular day!

My trainer, Angela, is the best. She helped me get back my strength and balance. She listened to my issues and then worked with me so I could achieve my goals. She pushes my hard, but with encouragement all the way, and the results are amazing.

The staff is phenomenal and always make me feel so comfortable. Exercise machines can be found in all gyms but the trainers here are the special ingredients to the wonderful recipe The Perfect Workout has designed. Gilbert, Julie, Rico and Phil are a joy to work with. They give me a workout that fits my goals and they encourage me to push myself. I look forward to each visit!

I came into The Perfect Workout with chronic neck and hip pain. Over the last few months, my pain has been reduced and I feel stronger. The trainers are all great and very helpful and inspiring!

I cannot imagine not doing this program any longer -began May 2016. It has transformed my body and mind in ways no other exercise program has. The trainers are amazing and are so committed to helping their clients reach their goals. As we age we need a structured program to build and tone muscle while avoiding injury. While it is more costly than many programs the results speak for themselves!

I’ve been working with Vanessa Villalovos at the Mission Viejo studio for quite some time now, and I honestly can’t imagine ever going back to the old standard of training…body splits every day of the week, multiple sets/reps each workout and the time it takes to properly exhaust the muscles.I was very skeptical in the beginning – who can get a decent workout in 20 minutes twice/week? I took advantage of the free information session and accompanying workout in an effort to re-focus and re-generate my own workouts, workouts I’d been doing the same way for years. Not only was I able to re-focus my gym efforts, but this workout has changed the way I think about exercise. With Vanessa’s guidance, I am able to get the vigorous workout I need in a fraction of the time. My workouts are never dull or boring, my form is closely monitored, there’s no need to wait for equipment to free-up, and the exercise challenges are limitless.The studio/equipment is very well maintained, and in the event I need to change a scheduled appointment or if my trainer isn’t available, there’s always another certified trainer to accommodate my schedule and needs. I highly recommend not only The Perfect Workout philosophy, but this studio and, in particular, my trainer…she consistently comes through in helping me get the very most out of every session in a safe and challenging manner.

My first impression was an exceedingly professional environment and the trainer "Sonja Jackson" was remarkably talented. She was very patient answering all of my Micro management questions. I wanted to know everything about this training technique. Sonja's pre-planned workout was phenomenal and I could really feel the difference in my muscle activation. Compared to my regular weight lifting methods. I would recommend anyone to try this. Especially if you have joint problems. I have a bad knee and i usually have a lot of pain after leg day. I had no pain after training in this fashion. Two thumbs up to Sonja for showing me this new exercise technique.

I am living proof, that The Perfect Workout can reshape your body. There's no excuse its only 20 minutes each session and the Personal Trainers are so motivating and enthusiastic that its a win-win for your mind & body. Feeling stronger and healthier extends itself to making better food choices in your everyday life. Personal Trainers Kira and Danny have encouraged me during my workouts and have inspired me to lead a healthier life style. I feel great and it only gets better each time I work out.
