Other local shop recommended this place. Never been there before. I scheduled an appointment for my 22 year old daughter with John to have a traction control service issue diagnosed. Newer Mercedes was periodically going into limp mode while driving (not safe).They treated her great and fixed the car in a few hours for only $125.00. It was only a dirty sensor issue. I dislike how they do not do appointments. I brought my car in the morning (around 9:30am) to simply get a new ecu coded to my car, nothing crazy. I called back at 3pm and they haven’t even gotten my car in to start working on it. Very disappointed. Taking my business elsewhere.

Is a good shop Bruce recode the abs on my vw just took 2 hrs. The great thing about Bruce when I called him to get the abs code, Bruce just said bring it in. Greg was also helpful. Recommend.

All the good things you read about Bruce and his people at Technical Auto Repair is the same thing is would say! I have been there a few times now and had a big problem with my 05 Mini and the engine computer on the original visit. It took him time to figure out what was the best way to go. Even Irvine Mini Dealer Repair Dept. didn't want to deal with it!.. that's pretty shameful in my opinion. Bruce didn't give up he was diligent and successful. He spent more time than he charged me for. Very fair about pricing and definitely people of integrity. The place is immaculate. From the lobby, parts room all the way back to the end of the building where they have a huge service bay area. Thank you.
