Man, I was just trying to enjoy my weekly, self-care, Target trip and imagine my surprise when I was approached not once, but twice, by 2 gentlemen trying to sell me an iPhone. Apparently this location thought it would be great to allow(hire?) these dudes to walk around and approach people to start talking about their phone plans. I come to Target to get a Starbies and enjoy my own company while walking around buying things I don't need. I DON'T WANT TO BE APPROACHED AND THEN HAVE TO SMILE AWKWARDLY AND EXPLAIN THAT I DON'T WANT THE SERVICES THAT YOUR PARTNER ALREADY PITCHED TO ME 3 MINS AGO. Target management, please make them go away :(

Big clean location with a large open parking lot and plenty of toys inside for the kids. Went there to let the kids each pick out a toy and candy for good behavior. Had trouble with the self checkout and immediately got help from an employee. Location was well kept and pleasant. Prices were reasonable and plenty of sale items as well. I got myself a board game for under $15.

Useless tech department online it said they had 8 thumb grips in stock I get there and the guy working electronics named James doesn't know where any is and can't be bothered to find them literally dragged ass till close I got there 9:55 he was so slow in helping it closed and bs'd saying it'd take him 5 min to find it which we had from the start lazy customer service

Worst experience in any retail store I've shopped in. They have incompetent kids running and working at this location. Even though it's the most convenient location for me I will never step foot in there again. In fact I will most likely choose other stores all together to do my shopping since Target doesn't deserve my business after my horrible experience there.

Today I went in to the Target on Alicia Pkwy in Mission Viejo and just had the worst experience there! It's like nobody cares how the employees talk to the customers just for asking simple questions. They act like I'm bothering them for asking them something and it wasn't just 1 employee it was EVERYONE that I encountered except for 1 girl named Kelly who was just the kindest person. Thank you Kelly!! Like one of the previous comments said "it's like Twilight Zone in there"...that's so true! I rarely write reviews but I just had to today. After coming home from that Target I needed to speak to someone about an item I had on hold. Not one department picked up their phones! I've been trying for an hour now and I'm just livid about this entire situation with Target! I've tried guest services first and nobody picked up the phone. So I'm still trying to get through and I'm calling every department until I get a live person but I'm doubtful that I will get anyone st this point. I called ALL depts. such as Electronics, Toys dept., pharmacy, jewelry dept. and a few others and still NO ONE! The Management at this store must be horrible if ALL are acting this way. It starts at the top! But still no excuses for the way they treat the customers. One last thing, David the checker is soooo RUDE! I went through his line and he just gave me attitude! My gawd! This store is a JOKE and I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone!

Customers need to be aware that Target charges fees for bags when ordering online both the locations at Jeronimo and Alicia Parkway. They charge you whether or not you bring your own bags in. Even if you tell the clerk you have your own bag they charge you any way. Jeronimo charges $2 automatically and Alicia charges $1. You may not be aware of this until you view your email receipt. They do not give you a paper receipt at the time of your pick up. They must collect a lot of money from customers without customers being aware of it.

This is for the electronic department,it's hard to get somebody there,they need a key to unlock 70$ items.Check what you get because they are mistakfull,giving you the item you chose. On the top of it today two employees were scanning food on their break and not willing to help. Thank you for the really bad service.Don't come cry then your jobs are replaced by Amazon.

I was helped by Ari of "guest services" at the target off of Alicia. I made a phone call and Ari picked up the phone, I Kindly asked if she had something specific in stock. Ari checked the camping isle in person and she literally quickly walked over and grabbed all of the items I asked for w/ zero hesitation. Ari went above and beyond as she politely/generously brought the items to the front of the store. Then she proceeded to help me find more items w/ great professionalism, politeness, & positive attitude. She Very efficiently helped me find everything that I needed so fast that I was in and out of the store in less than five minutes and I had everything that I needed!! I am very grateful for Having Ari help me and I definitely would recommend shopping at this store especially if you are looking to have "above and beyond customer service" !!

Target deactivates your credit card if not used for 6 months. Did not know a store needs to dictate to me how I run my life. Most ridiculous policy ever. You can always apply for another card they say. Dream on I would never lower my credit score for this company again.

I wouldn't be writing this review if it wouldn't have been for Sabra at least that's what her name tag said. She was rude and seems like she is being forced to talk. I also want to add that this target does not have a lot of things in stock.

I actually love Target. It seems I shop there once a week. But recently there was this weird situation where they wouldn't let me return two products because the receipt they gave me wouldn't scan. It was a perfectly fine receipt that was readable, but they told me tough luck it's not going to work. LOL - it was the freakin' receipt they gave me? Very twilight zone of you Target. So now I'm stuck with two things it turned out I didn't need because my wife paid for space in the cloud - two 4TB Seagate external storages. Yup. One star down! (L: not cool Targé.
