Got hung up on 4 times calling to speak to electronics. Someone picks up and hangs up every time. How the hell are they able to get away with that? I had a simple inventory question.

Came to target as I was in the area visiting friends and finally saw that they had the goodies I wanted in the target spot section this target is clean and looks fairly new and has plenty of parking and is safe. I would go back to this location again.

I’m being kind to give 3 stars. Came with a clean car, left with dust all over my car. When you hire people to clean your lot with a blower, you should explicitly state in the contract that they should do it during non business hours. It is unacceptable to cause me to have to wash my car at my expense because you scheduled this service during business hours.
Also, many of your employees at the register are slow, but they make up for it by having great attitudes. And their attitudes are the reason this is a 3 star review instead of a 1 star. Props to them!

Used to enjoy shopping here but since they switched their self-checkouts to 10 items or less, they also limited when they are actually open. I was able to be in and out quickly before. They haven't added more cashiers to compensate so the lines are always long. Cashiers are also very slow. Sometimes they randomly add another cashier but they don't pull customers from lines already formed. On several occasions I've bought expired food in store and through drive up pick up. So now when I shop I have to be vigilant and check dates and no longer order food via pick up. I do always find expired stuff now. I'll be shopping much less here now.

Poor, poor, poor management! Instead of opening check out lanes, why do you have personnel standing around ordering paying customers where to stand? I walked out. I will go to a store that is more client friendly! You can have the items in my cart because I am no longer a willing paying client. Such sad, sad management!

I usually go to the target off Alicia in laguna hills but today I decided to go to the one I Jerónimo and it was such a bad experience. the lady in ulta was very helpful and even helped out to pick a perfume. usually I take my grocery bag and I put stuff in there to check out once I'm in line and once I was walking towards the register two employees plus the securitt guy we're communicating back and forth as if I'm not gonna pay for my stuff and once I paid the security guy has the balls to go to where I am and asks to check my receipt when the cashier told him I paid for everything and he insisted to take everything out when I had handed her the grocey bag to bag everting I bought seriously never felt so embarrassed in my life never going back worse ever

This is my favorite target location of the 5 nearby. The staff are nice and have been there a long time. Prices are great and inventory is available.

There was a lady at self checkout to help people but she ignored me couple times when I needed her to helpe me. And when I asked her she obviously give me attitude!!! So disappointed, this target was my favorite but now I don't know!

This target was a great variety of items however, today at self checkout I was told I could only do 1 price match per day per household. This was ridiculous has there is no where in their terms stating a limit of items that I can price match! I was very disappointed and upset will be back to discuss with a manager as I did not appreciate the customer service on this!

I have visited Target store on Jeronimo, Mission Viejo yesterday Nov 8, 2023. I was looking for jogger pants and some specific brand of tops and I couldn't find the right size. I saw an employee around there and her name is "Margarita". She is very knowledgeable, kind, sweet and super helpful and she have tried everything she can to fulfill my needs. What a extraordinary employee. She gave me suggestions too. Thank you so much Margarita. You made my day. Best Regards.
