Went in with what turned out to be a simple fix for my phone not receiving text messages... I felt pretty stupid needing Just to restart my phone, but Ezzy was a huge help. But it's time to upgrade I'll be back.

Julian demonstrated exceptional assistance and deep knowledge about T-Mobile products. Despite being a long-term customer with AT&T, I was merely exploring T-Mobile’s offerings. Julian efficiently guided me toward increased value by transitioning to T-Mobile services. The guys that work here are absolute pricks and zero help. Went upstairs to Apple and got immediate help. Save yourself the trouble and avoid.

This store and all the employees are amazing, helpfully, caring, calm and respectful. I will always go to this store after having bad experiences at the Rancho Santa Margarita. Thank you for your great work. These are the awesome people who helped me in one way or another with a little more complicated transaction - Walter, Amir, Moamen and his trainee, Vincent, and others I’m sure.

I have had Sprint for 19 years and never had any problems. Since switching to T mobile, they have become very hard to work with. I am considering changing my carrier.

Recently switched back to T-mobile, and I have to say the service at The Shops store was FIRST CLASS!I originally bought my new phone from Tekai who patiently walked me through a very complicated transaction of preserving one number and porting another...Long story, but Tekai hung with me every step of the way amidst complications.I had to go back and turn in my old phone after I got everything off of it, and my guy Tekai wasn't there... But his cohort Moamen stepped in and took care of me as if he was making a sale.Moamen even helped me wipe an old phone and check to see if it was unlocked so I could gift it to a friend.Great team at The Shops T-mobile. Glad I came back.

Tekai was so patient with us and took an hour finding the best trade-in deal and setting up our new phone. He couldn't have been more helpful. Wonderful experience!

I am Happy with this place services , especially Moumen the sales person there he set up all my accounts and my family accounts, offered great deals that took away all the competition from the way.I recommend this place especially the professional sales person moumen.

BEWARE OF THIS SHOP go somewhere else.I am tmobile user before, i opted to get cheaper phone plan to save a few dollars.I need a new phone and checked Tmobile again.The promotion i saw is very affordable and has all the perks i needed plus the phone trade in.Went to this shop, and they told me i qualify for a better plan with a special discount offer. I told them i don't qualify for that because I'm not such and such. They told me i will qualify and they did gave me the phone, the lines etc.1 year later my discount was cancelled and i need to call customer service to tell them what happened. customer service said i should have not gotten that discount in the first place. I called customer service few times and needed to escalate the situation to supervisor etc... they gave me another year for the discount, and was told after that i can decide if i will continue using t mobile or not...i dont think ill wait another year.if this shop did not sold me a plan with a discount that i should have not gotten in the first place i could have pick a plan that i can afford and have the perks i am okay with. Now i cant get a good deal with tmobile because im not a new customer even though this shop messed it up for me.

Went to the T-Mobile in The Shops of Mission Viejo to activate a new phone. The associate Walter was helpful and efficient. Great service and I'm very Thankful! I had to take the time to give some gratitude

Very disappointed with this place. I went in December to sign up with them so I can get a new phone and my husband but they didn’t have the phone I wanted and my husband wasn’t with me but I signed up anyway. Our phones are pretty old and we both need new phones. They told me to come back after signing to get my phone. It was December so the place was always packed. I thought I can go back after new year so I can get my new phones. Surprisingly when I went back they told me that the deal was over and I could no longer get the deal for that time and the trade in. I’m so mad and my connection with T-Mobile is very bad. Every time I make a call the person I’m talking to can’t hear me. If I’m home I have to turn the WiFi off to be able to hear me and when I’m outside it’s hard to make a call. What a terrible service. The store lied to me and one of the employee there is very unfriendly. He acted that you’re bothering him when you ask him and don’t have time for your questions. Someone told me to call bbb to get help about the lied deal I got.
