“Went in to pick up new spikes, the guys were so cool! They removed my old worn spikes, cleaned up my shoes and replaced the spikes, all while listening to my golf stories! Also got new batteries for my range finder. The Tuesday morning guys were awesome!!!”

“Visited this location to have a hat custom embroidered. The gentleman who assisted me the first time was very informative. He let me know that my custom design would have to be send to their design dept and it was a three day turn around. Since I wanted the hat for the next day we agreed on making a rough draft, which came out very good for rough draft. A few days later the design has come back and I visited the store again. Another gentleman helped me this time, he was also very attentive and created a masterpiece. I was very happy with the service I got both times. I did happen to visit other locations before going to the MV location. At the two other stores the associates weren't very attentive and they didn't have the hat I needed in stock. I've been a customer of lids for a long time and will continue to be!”

The make great suggestions and offer different ideas. It is always so fun to come to the MV store to shop or just say Hi! Chris was the mgr here before and he was also so great (he is at Fashion Island now) As you can tell I have been shopping here for a bit and keep coming back, not only because the products/clothes are so comfy because of the employees you have!
