Just had my hair done by Tiffany Z. I like getting my hair done around every 3 months and she does an amazing job. My whole grow out stage till I see her again is always beautiful. She also has the coolest studio. It looks like a professional interior designer did it. But it was all her! Definitely recommend her to anyone that wants that beachy lived in look. Thanks again! :)

I got my hair done here by Kim her studio is color couture! I was extremely impressed.She listened to what I was saying that I wanted. She gave me suggestions and did an amazing job. I have never been so happy. I have never gotten so many compliments! I'm a 41-year-old male and I highly recommend her to everybody. She is very knowledgeable professional easy to talk to she makes you feel comfortable and at ease.

Aida Uddeberg is an amazing nail tech! I had the best manicure and pedicure ever. My husband had a pedicure and I very pleased with the results.

This review is for the Wildflower + Co suite. I was searching all over Instagram for a hairstylist by asking about prices. I came across both Breana and Kendall asking them on how much they would charge for the hair services I was looking for as well as a picture of the balayage I wanted. Breana responded, and I was still thinking. I was also interested in knowing more on what Kendall would charge since I liked her work as well. She never responded no matter how many times I tried to call her number that she wrote on her Insta bio as well as text messaging her and DMing her. And then, she just STRAIGHT UP blocked me. Well it's not my fault that she couldn't respond sooner. Also it has already been around a whole week since she replied. At least it would have been better if she could respond within one or two days at least. I was ABSOLUTELY SHOCKED!!! She just straight up blocked me with ZERO responding, communication, and explanation. This was right after I slightly complained to Breana on why Kendall isn't responding at all, and for Breana to talk to Kendall. Also, later on, I then realized that the whole Wildflower + Co Instagram page blocked me as well, AGAIN with ZERO COMMUNICATION!!! Like I really don't know what on earth I did wrong. I just wanted to know how much Kendall charged and I even sent her a pic of what I want. And this is how she responds? WOW!!! Just wow!!! This is the absolute worst customer service EVER!!! After asking both Breana and the other owner, Allison about it and go have a talk on what Kendall's problem is, they also ignored me as well instead of addressing and handling the situation the best way possible. Like is this any way to be running a business as well as treating a CUSTOMER/POTENTIAL CLIENT??? Just BLOCKING people for no valid reason? And then... the Wildflower + Co page DMed me on Instagram on how every stylist is so busy that they can't respond immediately, and that me calling, texting, and DMing many times made them feel unpleasant, and that they can't take me as a client and ALSO to not message them again. And I never said they should respond immediately, but at least within a day or two. It's not my fault that they have such disorganized communication and poor customer service along with straight up blocking me without answering my perfectly reasonable questions on pricing, which was just extremely unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful of them. I am definitely looking for another stylist in another salon now, and I really hope that whoever reads this would not support their terrible business either!!! So for whoever is looking for a new salon and stylist, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE take your business elsewhere and don't waste your time with these unprofessional and rude stylists in this TERRIBLE establishment, especially the co-owner, Kendall!!!Also, the insta account for the whole suite somehow unblocked me again, but I'm still offended by their reply and terrible communication. Also, about my little apology in the bottom of my last pic, I just did it out of politeness, but not that I'm actually sorry!!! They should all be ashamed of themselves!!!

I was super impressed with the care and attention I received at my facial appointment this morning at Wendy’s skincare and wellness. Wendy welcomed me in with a friendly smile. First Impressions count so much! Wendy is truly Great! She was very tentative and thorough on explaining with detail what she was doing and what products she was using on my face. I felt relaxed and at ease. I was pretty impressed with the final result. My face and neck have never felt better. Thanks Again Wendy your Amazing! I definitely will recommend you to my friends and family.

I saw Allison Ramirez at Wildflower & Co. Studio 23 at Sola Salon in Mission Viejo. What an adorable space! Bright and open with a great view! I "cheated" on my normal hair gal because my friend got the exact hairstyle I was looking for by Allison! I met with her and she took time to listen to what I was hoping for and assured me we could start slow and go from there. She nailed it first time. Wispy layered beach wave look - long layers. My hair had kind of grown out all one length and I wanted more "style" while looking beachy and natural. I willl go back! Allison took her time with the cut and styled it just how I envisioned! She also has a cold beverage and water for you. The products smell so good and my hair feels amazing! I think I might switch to her hair products too, I usually use Oribe & I liked this better but I have to find out what it was again! Anyway, go here!

Dear Courtney Allison, V.P. Operations of Sola - Unfortunately, I am experiencing horrific business practices from a Sola rep named Breana at your Murrieta, California location (Hair by Breana) and I am asking for your review of her SEVERE BAD BUSINESS practices. As a Fortune 500 employee, I am positive other residents are experiencing this as well. Here is my incident report: During my initial contact with Breana, I was advised a deposit was required to secure an appt, which was no problem. My iPhone was hacked, so I made an absolute effort to work with her on securing that appointment, the next day I had an emergency so, the following day, I physically dropped off the deposit at her salon door. At this point, this is when BREANA, decided to act maliciously. SHE offered NO communication to me whatsoever and cancelled my appointment. My deposit was coordinated, it was a 24 hour period, a significant time for me to forgo this transaction - NOW Breana IS stating to me afterwards that she is CANCELLING. Furthermore, she decided that appt availability was changed to waitlist only and when I asked to coordinate the pick up of my deposit, Breana stated "out for vacation" which caused a delay. Again, she offered no communication that she was releasing that appointment, I would have never physically drove 50+ miles to secure services. It has been such a horrific experience! I have availability to pick up my deposit on Saturday only. Please work with her, I am beyond frustrated. As a California native, I have NEVER experienced such BAD BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP. from Hair By Breana. Thanks. Millette
