Received the call from the rep. I answer the phone with my Military rank and last name, just I do with any random call I receive. The rep asked me if I have a security clearance, which I do. She said that she cannot process the application, because it would affect my credit and then my clearance. Apparently, this company does not educate their employees very well. I had loans in the past and currently have credit cards. No one has ever mentioned anything about my clearance. My score is high enough that it would hardly be effected. Not good business if you ask me.

Jeff and his team did a fantastic job in helping my wife and myself this past tax season. Jeff maintained constant and consistent communication, insuring that our needs were met and that our questions were answered despite the craziness of tax season.

Be completely sure you want to move forward before signing up for anything. They don't make it easy for you to cancel, even though you're clearly told you can cancel whenever you want. You have to talk to multiple people over multiple days, they don't like giving your money back.
