Was having a rough day and wasn’t very nice initially, they did what they could to help. They’re Is 5 Star alone, but add they wanted to help regardless of my mood.. will recommend them to anybody, plus very affordable prices. And as you can see, they do great work!

Ordered two custom t-shirts with a large logo covering the front. The total for two shirts was $49.46. Unfortunately, the background color on the artwork was different from the background color on the t-shirts. I can't understand why the colors aren't the same. Picked them up and was in a hurry so I didn't complain at the time but when my artist saw them, she was not happy. These were proof of concept samples and after seeing the results I have now ordered 50 t-shirts with the same artwork from another vendor.

I called Shirt Cannery Thursday afternoon, and spoke with Kim. She was very friendly and helpful, as I needed to turn something around in 24 hours for an event that I need to be marketing my new business (shameless plug...Jamo's SoCal Surf Safari). I was told it would be ready by EOB Friday, but they called in the morning and had the order ready to go. I went to pick the items up, and one of the shirts has a small crease, where the logo had empty space. They did not hesitate for one second to do a replacement for me, I didn't even have to ask. So here's the key to this review...mistakes happen, daily, BUT the big difference (and reason they have a loyal customer in me) is that they owned their mistake and took all necessary action to fix it. Plus, they did so without any coaxing on my end. I will definitely be using Shirt Cannery for my future needs, and am very happy with what they have done!!!

They are absolutely amazing and they helped make all my sparkly shirts and crop jacket for my daughter's AAU nationals in Florida! I will upload better pics also. They have my daughter's name and number on the back also. I love it so so much and very comfortable and great quality!! Can't wait to order more! Thank you so much!!

Had another vendor fall through, and these folks saved the day! Beautiful work and they were incredibly kind and helpful as well. Will definitely go to them first next time. Lesson learned!

This place is great. I used to go in make my #MeetConrad tee shirts when I lived in Mission Viejo for my real estate brand. It was done within 10 minutes. That place is busy and recommend anyone who wants to make a custom tee shirt

I have to revise my previous statements about this place. Great if you're in person but their website is terribly misleading. It says they do orders over the phone but when I called today they said no they can't do that. All of my other interactions have been great up until now.

In spite of the busy Christmas rush, the team at The Shirt Cannery digitized a logo and embroidered it on our holiday gifts with a super quick turn around and positive attitude. I'll be using them again, and recommend you give them a try as well!
