This store is close to my house and I've actually never been to one before. Tyler and his staff were so helpful. They really took the time to help me figure out all that I wanted/ needed for painting the downstairs of my house.

The company advertises online that it's open until 6pm on a Saturday. It's really only open until 5:00pm. I arrived at 5:04pm and the guy looked at me and walked away. Get your act together, fools.

Drove an additional 12 miles to come to Sherman Williams as the one that I live close to in Rancho Santa Margarita very rude employee. But Benjamin was extremely helpful greeted me a soon as I walked in the door assisted me with everything I needed!! If you need Sherwin Williams paint do yourself a favor and drive the extra miles to work with Benjamin

I needed help with a color match from an old Frazee paint. Emma was so helpful and so very patient with me in trying to get the right sheen and color. She was pleasant and wanted to make sure I was happy with the color match. That is what customer service is all about. Thank you Emma!

Won't take used paint. All paint stores are supposed to take but because they are at "capacity" they can't take. Convenient.

Have to say the ladies here are priceless when it comes to knowing their paint products and they are extremely helpful. When Emma was mixing my paint, I needed more than they had in stock so she started calling all of the local stores for me to head me in the right direction just before the other stores closed for the day. I had lots of painting questions and she offered excellent advise regarding painting exterior decks and stucco on our brick wall. Really sorry I do not recall the ladies name you had got me started in the right direction yesterday but she was awesome as well! I will be returning to Sherwin Williams for life. No more box store paints for me ever again!

I expected better from a paint store. Either the person I spoke with didn't have any expertise or they only sell paint and don't have any expertise at all. Referring a DIYer to a "professional" seemed cheap.

** UPDATE** ***UPDATE***I've been back Twice Since my First review... Both times employee was wearing masks. I didn't contact there customers service. Every body was still adjusting to the new rules that was being placed. There's this young lady that's Amazing!! Super Nice,and she remembered my Name. Thank You!!!It's close to my house and I like the color's they offer and prices. Please understand that this is MY OPINION. There was no signs on the door saying you need a mask And Nobody was wearing them not even the employees. I decided not to go in.
