Emily is very kind and helpful and patience!! I totally recommend her to work with you she’s good helping kids who are fussy like mine. I was very frustrated about a money situation but she helped me to be at ease and helped me finished on what I needed to do for my situation. I want to acknowledge that’s she is an amazing employee did great at providing amazing service thank you schools first for always being kind in general !!??

I must say that the representative to help us went above and beyond the call of duty! Eddie helped my parents with notarizing some documents and they are both elderly and hard of hearing. He was so patient and kind with both of them, I can't not express my gratitude enough for this kind of service, it is very hard to find these days and I will definitely recommend this branch representative to anyone who will listen!

This credit union stamped my pink slip on the back. The dmv would not accept that as proof that the car was paid off. They should know where the stamp goes bad training. To make things worse when I went into the bank to have this fixed they said it had been so many years that they no longer had the information. At this point the dmv told me I had to get someone from the Credit union and a notary to sign more forms. I can only imagine how many other people had to jump through hoops because they don’t know how to properly release a paid off title.

Ive been on hold for 30 minutes waiting to speak with a representative to open an account for my son. In general, I really like schools first, but it shouldn’t take me 30 minutes just to talk to someone.

Overall service is usually very good. I have no issue with the tellers or most of the other employees. This addresses their notary, Danielle Kim, who needs an attitude adjustment. I called my credit union to report her, was kept on hold for a ridiculous amount of time waiting for a supervisor. Hung up and went to Twitter and Yelp instead. 03/17/22 - TWEET TO SCHOOLS FIRST FCU: 1/2 Most unfortunate our branch notary refused to notarize our document, as per our docs instructions, demanding to attach an additional page. Also very unfortunate that she failed to write our names as we signed on the doc. We expect our doc to be rejected. 2/2 After pointing out her errors, which we paid $10.00 for, Danielle Kim copped an attitude, demanding to know if I was a notary. WOW. She was told if doc got rejected, there would be problems. After 28 YEARS of membership , I don't expect this kind of attitude from an employee. Yes, I was a notary and NO I've never treated a customer this way. DO BETTER !!! What I didn't have room for on Twitter - Ms. Kim took exception that I told my husband to sign the document exactly as his name appears on his drivers license. She butted in and insisted we could "sign as we always sign". I told my husband to sign as I said. We both signed exactly as our names appear on our drivers licenses, which is correct. What business was it of Ms. Kim's ??? None of her business. If I'd told my husband to sign as " Mickey Mouse", well then, that would be an issue. Signing the same names as our drivers license is correct ... shocked Ms. Kim didn't know this. Hmmm. Again, DO BETTER.

Autoland 1. Lies 2. Misleading 3. Wast of time 4. Rip off artist 5. S***** punch in the head 6. Gladly I did not fall for it 7. Just because they are at Schools First do not Trust them of they will feed off your dead Rotting flesh! 8. Beware if you know what you are doing they Will blow you off tried them 3 times!!!!

The pandemic has temporarily changed our lives. Going into the bank I was treated like garbage, because my balance is low right now. It was so obvious, and I am not used to it. The heavy-set Hispanic teller, with longish black hair, Tiffany? is clueless. I am real estate rich and you shouldn't judge, or at least don't be so aggressively mean!!! Apparently you really enjoy making people wait as you snoop through their purchases.

We tried to use Autoland at this location. Our experience was terrible. Zero communication for days from the representative who was suppose to be looking for the car. She seemed not only to have no motivation, but every time we did talk to her we had to remind her what we were looking for. My husband and I ended up doing all the searching ourselves, and in the end, a better price. Several times she tried to talk us into different cars than we wanted. When she finally got some sense of urgency, the car she found was a higher price.Not a pleasant car buying experience!

I am always very satisfied with their service. They have good hours, plus an ATM out front which can be used 24/7. Plenty of easy parking, very friendly service.

This review is way overdue. I have been a member of this bank for 22 years. I have never had one single issue and every experience has been nothing short of amazing. I was just reminded again today when my request for a wire transfer was so smooth. I recently moved to Arizona but I continue to use this credit union and I will never switch. I have used other banks and nothing compares, not even close. I am thrilled to be part of the Schools First Credit Union family. Thank you so so much from the bottom of my heart for all of the years of excellent service.
