I was told not to bother trying to send flowers to my daughter in law at work because there were always problems and failures. But not so with Sami’s! I live out of state, but have a special someone in Mission Viejo. Sami's popped up on a Google Map search, so I decided to check them out. I was very impressed with the wide array of arrangements available. There's also an option that basically allows the customer to create their own bouquet. Prices span from economy through luxury. Ordering through the website was quick and simple. They sent a photo of my order prior to delivery and notified me of its receipt. Very polite and professional!

My niece gave birth and I ordered flowers from Sami’s . When I called, Carolina patiently answered all my questions and listened to what I wanted . They sent me pictures and a video of the flower arrangements before it was delivered to make sure I’m satisfied . The flower arrangement is breathtaking , it melts my heart ! The flowers are of high quality and fresh and the vase is full !My niece wasn’t assigned a room yet when they delivered the flowers and Sami’s even made sure the flower goes to the right room . My niece was so happy and delighted when she recieved the flowers ! She just gave birth and all she could say is how beautiful the flowers I sent her !Thank you Sami’s Flowers ! You definitely went above and beyond in marking this occasion as special as it should be for me and my niece ! I haven’t seen a florist as caring and as decent as Sami’s ! They work hard to please their customers from start to finish . Wonderful, wonderful customer service . I highly recommend Sami’s for all your flower needs. I’m a perfectionist when it comes to flower arrangements . I only want to receive the best and to give out the best . It’s for this reason I dreaded to order a delivery this morning as I’m not local.
