Had an amazing experience today in store! I was helped by the associate named Kaitlin who was so helpful and went above and beyond to help me pick out the perfect shirt for my boyfriend. Nice relaxed atmosphere but the back wall could use some more decoration it looked a bit empty and bland.

I just wanted to take some time to leave the crew at the MV RVCA store some love! I'm typically an online shopper but I do come into the store from time to time. RVCA is one of the only brands I buy as I like the simplicity of styles and their clothes fit me well. I started going to the Mission Viejo store during Covid as a lot of styles were sold out on the website. I honestly didn't even realize there was a store there until I Googled it. I have to say that every experience I've had there has been positive. Everyone working is always very cool and not pushy at all. They always offer to help but don't hound you, even if you are taking a bit longer to browse in the store. I've had an issue where my reward points from the website weren't showing up in the store but the crew quickly remedied it and made sure I left with my reward discount. I was super happy! Gina, who is one of the managers is very personable and helpful. She went above and beyond to make my day last week. I've been in retail and worked the service industry for many years. Dealing with the general public isn't easy and sometimes good work goes unnoticed. This is a great store with some great people and I will for sure be a forever patron!

First off I'm not too sure how you get RUKA out of RVCA, to my knowledge that second letter right there is not a u. Secondly I'm pretty sure High School kids are running the show. It really doesn't matter if you're in a retail store or purchase online the right hand never follows the left. No one i spoke to knew anything about anything I s*** you not. I tried to order two face masks. TWO One week goes by I follow up on the status of the order via phone as well as the company website. This kid tells me the order is in packaging should arrive in a week or so. I check online the order has been canceled. They don't even know if the have it in stock because they don't check their inventory. Wtf , it's amazing how such a popular brand can be so poorly ran! Unreal

Went in tonight. Store is clean and well organized. The cashier with long hair didn't acknowledge us. Stood at the register folding clothes. Went in looking to purchase and walked out with nothing. I'll stick to online buying
