Really polite staff and amazing service. From the interaction on the phone to in-person meeting with Randy when dropping off the car, everything was very pleasant and on time. The waiting area is also extremely comfortable. Would 100% recommend going here.

Friendly fast service… Pleasant and clean Place to wait for your car. Coffee, water TV. I would advise if you plan to wait and like to read it will suit you..:very comfortable seating.

After dealing with several rude people on the phone I called Ramona Tire and the person on the line was not only very polite and helpful but also put me in a better mood. Got there and the whole process was pleasant, the staff is a good mix of professional and playful. I went to get my wife and oil change and enjoyed it so much I came back again for my car also. Also the pricing was the most affordable for me out of other options locally.

Bad service. No communication.
Waiting in waiting area for 30 minutes after my was done for no reason.
The alignment issue was communicated after I was picking the up.
Hidding charges for warranty.

I called Ramona tire and the call center sent me a coupon for an oil change. They used synthetic oil and it was only 52 bucks. They rotated my tires and did an inspection also. Randy was great!! I have a great place to get my oil changed now.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Went in for a tire rotation. Was quoted it would take 1.5-2 hours and it took over 6 hours to complete unfortunately.

Needed all new tires on our Tesla Model Y Performance, but didn’t want to wait two weeks for our appointment with Tesla Service. Was recommended to Ramona Tire by a family member and I couldn’t be happier with the service we received. From the moment I first called to the moment the work was complete, Randy and his team were friendly and knowledgeable and it was quickly apparent that they had a lot of experience servicing Teslas and other EV’s. They were also willing to price match and they didn’t make us feel pressured to add on extra services which I found refreshing when compared to most other places I’ve been. They’ve earned a new customer and I’ll definitely be recommending them to others.
