Was here Saturday night between 7:30-8 p.m. Extremely long line and only one female checker working. There was one male checker for the self checkout, which had about six checkout stations. Waited in line and female checker was polite and efficient. I realized in the parking lot my digital deal had not been deducted from the receipt total and raspberries and blackberries rang up at $3.99 each instead of the advertised $1.67 each. I ran back in and asked the self checkout guy (a Hispanic male maybe mid to late 30s) if he could please assist me to issue the credit of about $10 back onto my card for the 4 containers of berries. He was abrupt and dismissive and told me I needed to go wait in the long line once again to do a simple credit back onto my credit card, which seemed extremely inefficient. This man’s attitude and poor customer service skills as well as understaffing are my reason for 2 stars. Lady who assisted me at register was kind and helpful.

This is my go to/closest supermarket. Overall - love it! Nice produce, decent meat department, floral & deli sections. The chile rellonos in the deli are so good.

Great place to shop. Especially after 6 pm, it's pretty much done in 20 minutes or less.

We come here for the produce because it is fresh and always stocked! If it wasn’t for the Deli, I would give this a 5 star review. Waited over 15 minutes multiple times (only person in line) only to give up and leave.

Wow I paid $2 for a little piece of chicken I should of check it but come on this tiny pieces you should take throw them away it sucks I love this store but damn you guys really screwed me up this time.
And I saw bigger pieces there and that guy gave the smallest one he could find wow.

I tried the "fancy" Ralph (aka Ralph Fresh Fare) for a change.At the butcher shop they proudly display dry aged rib eyes so I decided to give it a shot: but apparently the stuff is just ornery: they have to age it for 15 days, and they only sell it for one day. Nathan, the guy serving at the butcher shop said he doesn't know when they put it in or when it is ready. What in the name of the holy duck are they expecting the customer to do, show up every day praying that that will be their lucky day when Ralph sell steaks?Very disappointed, I decided to downgrade to some non aged rib eyes that were on display with a big sign saying "Glad to cut!". I told Nathan I would like a thick cut for about 1 inch thickness.Again I was shocked to hear that he cannot cut it, despite the sign.Apparently only the big bad butcher is allowed to cut stuff. When asking around when is the primadona butcher supposed to make an appearance, I got mixed responses: he usually comes in the morning and leaves around 2-3pm said Nathan. The girl at the checkout said Mel the butcher leaves at 4pm.Are they expecting customers to take a day off work for the immense privilege to shop at their _PATHETIC_ butcher shop?I ended up picking up some random rib eye they had, when I unpacked it at home it had a pungent sour smell, it was clearly treated with vinegar to hide that it was going bad.My advice is: If you want some steak, save yourself some trouble and time and go to a real butcher.I'm never going back there.

Store is very clean all the products are dry good but I am never going to this store again because I had very bad experience with customer service staff mane was Marybell , she was very rude with me and other and had bad attitude trough me when I asked her questions. That’s the last time I shopped at this store.
