I haven't been getting any responses from Fernando for over 2 weeks on status of my car. I was referred by MBLN and I hope I haven't made mistake on getting it repaired at your shop. You were family business and with exceptional service. Hope the owners look at the messages! Unsatisfied customer and I will notify Pat Bolter GM of MBLN to not refer you guys. I apologize but this if not right having the car over 40 days and no updates!

Worked with Kevin and crew from Prestige Auto Collision on an a repair on my infinity g35 sport. It was a job superbly done, car was polished and returned like new. Kevin kept me updated throughout the process. Ladies at the front desk are super nice and friendly. I'd be taking my car here in case of any future issues, just great to know this is a solid crew you can rely on.

When our 2021 Camry got in an accident during the heavy rain last month, we took it down too Prestige Auto. Kevin and Darell got our Camry fixed up quick and easily. I was amazed at how fast it was done. Upon pick up, the car was clean and the final paperwork was also quick and easy. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Thank you everyone at Prestige!

Back for a third time. Car got rear-ended and since I am still with Mercury, I knew this was going to be their first suggestion. I was able to get an appointment for an inspection/insurance estimate the day after the accident at a time that was convenient for me. Thanks to their scheduling department for making this happen. I was advised that my repair would be quick since they would not have to order any parts, just pull the bumper, repair, paint and assemble. The next opening was the following Tuesday (4 business days). I asked if they would be able to get it done by the end of that week and they said yes. When I dropped it off on Tuesday, I was told I would get an update on Weds/Thurs as it would most likely be 3-4 business days to get work completed. I got my rental car approved for four days and picked it up next door. No call was received by Thursday, so I called and was told that there were delays. I reminded them that I only had my rental until Friday and they said they would see what they could do. I got call on Friday that said the bumper just got out of the paint booth, but there was not going to be enough time to assemble it, but would get in on Monday. I returned the rental due to the holiday weekend and waited until Monday for a call. Didn't get it and when I called I was told that the bumper just got out of the paint booth but no time to assemble it (same story as Friday). On Tuesday, I was called with apologies and advised that car would be ready to be picked up today. When I advised of my lack of rental car, they quickly responded with the offer to have their driver pick me up. With the frustration of the delays, this was greatly appreciated since I was looking at a 3.5 mile walk in the rain. While this wasn't a 5 star service, under the circumstances, there are many positives to keep this place at 4 stars. They have been in business many years and are well connected with the insurance companies which eliminates most headaches.

It can be difficult to find a body shop whom you can trust especially for a Tesla, and I'm just very happy to have been referred to Prestige Auto Collision (no wonder it has it's name "Prestige"). They are reliable and honest with utmost professionalism which I highly recommend.
