“After visiting the emergency room, I needed to get a prescription filled at Avita Pharmacy. Only to find out that the pharmacy was closed on New Year's Day requiring me to contact the on-call pharmacist. I was contacted by Sonia who was wonderful and provided outstanding customer service. She researched on my behalf to find a pharmacy that was open in my area and went the extra mile to contact a pharmacist who could transfer my prescription. After doing the legwork to get my prescription transferred, Sonia contacted me to inform me that I could pick up my prescription at the Walmart pharmacy. As a result of her due diligence on my behalf, I was able to get my prescription filled on New Year's Day. Sonia is a dedicated professional that works tirelessly on behalf of her customers and I truly thank her for her help. L. Jones”

“BEST PHARMACY AROUND! They have an awesome staff & they are so caring, kind, helpful & willing to go the extra distance to get your scripts cheaper . They are very knowledgeable & very attentive. I have many allergies to prescription meds & they are alwayswatching my back. There was a few times they had to flag scripts & get something else prescribed due to my allergies. I feel safe with Oso Pharmacy & I think they have an awesome group of people working here. I love them & I wouldn't trade their customer service for any other place. They are da BEST!!!!”

“I've been going to this pharmacy for years. The lines at the other CVS off of El Toro and Paseo de Valencia were ridiculous. Always packed because of old folks at Leisure World/Laguna Woods. Anyway the pharmacy staff is always courteous, respectful, and fast. They know all of the “regulars†by first name and will gladly have your pills ready for you as soon as you walk up to the counter if they see you coming. They also have no issue speaking with your doctor or insurance company to get your prescription filled. I noticed that some people weren't happy with the phone system but I've never experienced long wait times. That being said I would not be surprised if that happened because on a regular day they usually only have 2 technicians and 1 pharmacist available. Add in the business of their location and I can see why some people would need to wait longer on the phones.”
“The Pharmacy was great for the one time I used them since they were the only pharmacy that had the drug my doctor prescribed, which I had to quit taking due to a severe allegeric reaction. I was there for 10 minutes to pick up my prescription but it cost me $4.00 to park! That's what I didn't like and due to that unexpected extra expense, I won't ever use that pharmacy again. That's highway robbery! Saddleback Hospital now has free parking due to a generous donor, if anyone else besides me hates the gated prison like atmophere of Mission Hospital.”
“This pharmacy has given my family a one stop shop down home experience. The pharmacist,Vivian, goes out of her way to greet you and answer your questions. She has extensive knowledge of skin care and seems passionate about helping others. She even gave me a sample of her skin care serims and my skin has never looked or felt better. I am amazed! This is like a genuine family friendly mom and pop shop with reasonable prices and no long lines to wait in or excuses why it's not ready . I've transferred my family scripts and couldnt be happier♡”

“Always busy and yet whenever I call I can speak to a human. Whoever I speak to knows my meds right away, when I go to the pharmacy the service is stellar. The people at this particular pharmacy are professional, compassionate, and helpful. This pharmacy might have shorter hours than others and it's smaller than other places but none of these factors affect my experience. I couldnt ask for more in a pharmacy. Lately the people behind the counter really are so very good at what they do.”
