In the past when I shop for my pets I'm usually running around to multiple stores, because some have better prices than others and not all pet food stores carry the same items. Lately I have been coming here because even though they are more expensive than the bigger store names like Petco and Petsmart they have been price matching for me, so I can get all my items in once place without having to pay the higher price tag, which I really appreciate (thanks Jennifer) and as long as it stays that way, they will continue to have my business. I prefer to spend my money at smaller local stores anyway.
In addition to that, when I'm there the staff (thanks again Jennifer) is really good at asking you if you are finding what you need. And if you are not finding what you need, offering to order it for you and get it in stock. Customer service is sooooo important in any sales related job or business but it is the #1 most overlooked thing. When I am at the big stores like Petco or Petsmart no employee ever asks if I'm finding what I need or offers to help. And even when you try getting any employee to help they can usually be hard to track one down or get one that doesn't seem annoyed to help. So thank you Pets Plus for actually caring about the customer's needs and not just making a buck. We notice the difference!

I'm a fan of shop local/small business, and this pet store is one of my new favorites. There are so many new products to explore, and the staff was incredibly knowledgeable about pet health issues. The staff knows the product lines far better than any at the big box stores. I bought nail clippers to trim my cat's instruments of destruction, and one staff member showed me how to use them in great detail. This was so much more helpful than the YT video that I planned to use for instruction.
If you haven't checked out this retailer, stop by. I'm confident that you will be delighted.

I just wanted to say that I went into the first time and the lady and gentlemen were amazing and they are really helped me find the right dog food that I needed and they were very very helpful and nice and I would recommend this text plus to anybody.

I have been a Pets Plus customer for the past 10 years, shopping for both my own pets and my foster pets. I especially like to shop at the Mission Viejo location because Jennifer is always so helpful. I have known her since I volunteered at a local animal rescue in San Juan Capistrano in 2013. From the moment I walked into the store I would always get a greeting/welcome to the store. I never have to wait long for her to help me and the vast amount of knowledge that she has is amazing. She is super-friendly and I can see that human and fur visitors appreciate her. For the past few months, I have also received the same great service from Felita and Ian. I remember shopping for a slow/puzzle feeder for my cat and Felita made a great recommendation for a great feeder. She even followed up to find out how my cat was doing 2 weeks later! Now this is great customer service!

WOW!!! I am beyond impressed and blown away with the above and beyond customer service I received here today. I have been here a few times before but today I had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Felita. She is an angel on earth! Not only was she incredibly knowledgeable, she was so approachable and answered every single one of my questions! She truly was such a kind person who made me feel like I was talking to a friend! if you have the pleasure of meeting her, you would know exactly what I mean! I'll be coming back to this location for not only my pet food products, but due to the exceptional customer service. Thank you so much Felita!

I recently discovered Pets Plus in Mission Viejo. Warmly greeted by management when I entered the store. What a clean and well run pet supply store. The customer service from Felita was exceptional. I had many questions and she helped me promptly and professionally. Not only did they have what I was looking for, but their selection was vast and prices were competitive. I highly recommend this place!
