Had to give a one star since I couldn’t give 0. Went to buy bugs for my bearded dragons and noticed that their reptiles looked very ill. Especially the Bearded dragons. Looked very uncared for lots of dead crickets and poop all over the cage, like it hasn’t been cleaned for days. The oldest bearded dragon there you can tell is very sick and way too skinny for his size. The baby bearded dragon is way too stressed.

Went here on a Friday evening. So disappointed to see that they close so early. Other pet supply stores are open till 9. Couldn't get what I needed. But in addition to this, their app has not worked in over 6 months. I cannot log into my account, which means I cannot place online orders either. I have asked the in-store employees to help me, but they have no idea how. I have also called customer support many times. They said they will work on the issue and then call you back. But they never call back. At this point I have taken my business elsewhere. Its obvious they don't care about customers.

Couldn’t have worse experience.Terrible costumer service ,SOLD ME AN USED CAT CARRIER WITH FUR IN IT .Went right back to change it and she asked me thousands of questions about my purchase even if she just sold me a pick up order which I already payed for.Asked me multiple times about my order number ,not even apologizing for THE USED CARRIER they sold to a costumer.Will never go back there ,extremely rude manager as well not even payed attention and not apologizing to the costumer for selling USED STUFF.Terrible experience, worst PETCO store in the whole United States.Simply don’t go there.

Giving 5 star for the excellent customer service. Whenever I place an online order, this location usually have my items ready within an hour or less. Yesterday, I had an issue with my online order but Julia and Eddie really went out of their way to make sure I am taken cared of. They employees here are always so friendly and helpful!

I'm shocked with what has happened with this place. I have heard from others that it's deteriorated but I can't believe it. The service is abysmal. We ordered some items online - nobody answers the phone to bring out the items. When we went in - we got in line to pick up our order and they intentionally ignored me and picked someone who got in line after. When they finally helped me, they were incredibly impersonal, short and snippy on answers and unwilling to help me get the heavy items out to my car. They were rude, condescending and completely unprofessional. Thank you for showing me that you don't appreciate my business - I will go where that is not the case. We order food for 4 animals regularly.
