“I recently got a new puppy and I've visited at least half a dozen pet supply stores in the last month - everything from the big chain stores to the small business ones like this one. I have to say that of all the pet stores, this one really stood out! First of all, I had the pleasure of interacting with Jason, the manager (and I believe owner) of the store. He was extremely friendly and helpful! I went there looking for a specific dog treat and fortunately they had it. I picked up a couple bags of it, and then I asked Jason what other treats or chews would be good for a puppy. Jason took the time to explain the various chews to me and showed me which ones would be best for my puppy and which ones would not be so good. He was very honest and extremely helpful. I would much rather support a small business like this one as opposed to the large chain stores. They're located in a business park area off of Alicia Pkwy and Via Fabricante. If you happen to be in the area, I'd highly recommend stopping by and supporting this small business!”

“In the past when I shop for my pets I'm usually running around to multiple stores, because some have better prices than others and not all pet food stores carry the same items. Lately I have been coming here because even though they are more expensive than the bigger store names like Petco and Petsmart, they have been price matching for me, so I can get all my items in once place without having to pay the higher price tag, which I really appreciate (thanks Jennifer) and as long as it stays that way, they will continue to have all my business. I prefer to spend my money at smaller local stores anyway. In addition to that, when I'm there, the staff (thanks again Jennifer) is really good at asking you if you are finding what you need. And if you are not finding what you need, offering to order it for you and get it in stock. Customer service is sooooo important in any sales related job or business, but it is the #1 most overlooked thing by employees. When I am at the big stores like Petco or Petsmart, no employee ever asks if I'm finding what I need or offers to help. And even when you try getting any employee to help they can usually be hard to track one down or get one that doesn't seem annoyed to help. So thank you Pets Plus for actually caring about the customer's needs and not just making a buck. We notice the difference!”

“Amazing place for your little ones! The staff is so welcoming and actually caring for your pets. It is inside a pet hospital, so it was a bit confusing, but it isn't like it's hard to find. Their food options are good for picky eaters! Good variety, and they will let your little one try it out before buying!”

Yesterday, I had an issue with my online order but Julia and Eddie really went out of their way to make sure I am taken cared of. They employees here are always so friendly and helpful!”

My daughter absolutely loves going and asks to go there more than the trampoline park. Really wholesome place ❤️”

“Chris was outstanding. Talk about going above and beyond with his customer service. I just got a puppy and I was carrying him and needed a collar, name tag, leash, food, etc, and there was Chris. He saw me struggling with trying to get his name tag engraved and he offered to do it for me. I was so taken back by that and appreciated him so much. Then he proceeded to ask what else can I help you with and oh boy I definitely needed his expertise and he showed me the way and let me know the best good to get, toys, leash, collar, etc. He really gave me a wow on customer satisfaction. Thank you Chris so much for your time and just being a genuinely great person.”
