I love the high energy workouts and support from your coaches. It's nice that the workouts are always different. Coach Russell is AMAZING. He makes working out fun & pushes everyone to be their best. There is always a positive environment at the studio which makes it very welcoming. All the front desk staff are amazing, especially Carrie! Love this Gym, great place to work out.

If I could leave 10 stars I would! This place has such incredible energy. The coaches are ALL HEART. I am fully inspired by them all. Russell makes me laugh my head off and honestly I could probably “accidentally” run a marathon, as long as I had him cracking jokes behind me and inspiring me because he’s that entertaining.BTW, one of the many reasons why I love the concept Orange Theory is that I truly am exercising SMARTER and more efficiently. I don’t have to think about it. The coaches lead us all through it. I feel like I’m back in high school with team spirit. The camaraderie is ALL THERE. I have so much gratitude for the healthier body and mind I’ve been getting with my two months so far (4x weekly). The joy in my heart is simply something I cannot buy on Amazon. Thank you to ALL the fab coaches! Shari! Shana! Eunice! Love each one of you.

I've been a member at OTF MV for nearly 5 years now. Bottom line upfront: I love this place; it's like my second home.The franchise owner, Scott, has been able to build a close-knit community of members and staff here. In the 5 years I’ve been here, I've experienced 3 head coaches (Anthony, Nick, and now Eunice--all of whom I love!!), 2 studio managers (Monica, and now Courtney--same here!) and 1 franchise owner, Scott. What Scott has gotten right is the amazing culture he's built with his staff. They are ALL kind, warm, and helpful humans. Period. Every time I walk into the studio, without fail, I am greeted warmly, and with smiling faces, every single time. Personally, this is VERY important to me--whether it’s a doctor's office's front office staff, or a fitness studio, if I don't feel welcome or valued as a customer, I won't come back.But the two biggest reasons why OTF MV has a special place in my heart is because of this:1. Healthy escape from COVID and2. Full body transformation support.1. Healthy Escape from COVIDWhat impressed me so much about Scott and why I hold him in such high regard is that he decided to go against the grain during COVID and stay open for as long as possible, also while adhering to all the regulations that were imposed at that time. Orangetheory was the only thing that kept me sane. So many of us members wanted to keep coming because we wanted to work out and we wanted our community during those isolating times. Scott did everything to keep his doors open and keep the community together. As a business owner, it's obvious he wanted to keep his doors open but we members begged him to do what he could to make it happen and he did. Huge positive impact on my mental health at that time that I am forever grateful for.2. Full-body TransformationAnyone who has known me for the past five years has clearly seen the transformation my body has gone through. Of course, that has to do with my own discipline, but a huge part has to do with OTF and specifically MV's coaches. Because of the size of the classes, you get awesome coaches who push you to do your very best, whatever your best is that day. You get that with a personal trainer too but I'm not willing to pay the money. I don't ever push myself nearly as hard when I'm working out on my own. Plus, I don't have to figure out what workout I'm going to do. That's the sweet spot OTF strikes: I get the personal trainer feel at an affordable price, someone tells me what to do and pushes me hard, and I'm in and out in an hour.Two more points about OTF MV are their coaches and their openness to feedback. I've been lucky to have awesome head coaches thus far. Eunice is a burst of energy that I look forward to when I come in. I love that they have a diverse set of coaches, so whatever personality you have or whatever mood you are in, surely there’s going to be a coach that matches. Sometimes I want a really loud class. Other times I’d rather have a quieter class. I know which coaches to pick for how I'm feeling. But net-net the point is with the full body transformation is that the coaches knew what my goals were, and they all pushed me and supported me to get there.In the last 3 years, I've lost 24 lbs and 11% body fat.Lastly, OTF MV is open to feedback. Anytime I've had a suggestion, or I wasn’t particularly happy with something, I could go to ANYBODY on their staff and give them my feedback, and either change would be enacted or there would be a good reason as to why things are the way they are. I truly love that about them, and that is to Scott’s credit, that all of his staff are open to taking feedback. I feel like they genuinely care about their members.And to Orangetheory as a brand, I’ve visited other locations when I’ve been on business trips, and I have to say that the experience for me has been very positive and consistent in terms of feeling at home when I walk in. We visited the OC (used to live here) and stayed 1 mile from the studio so I had to try it out - versus my old studio in San Clemente. The studio was great and the staff were amazing! Shout out to Payton for making me feel welcome that first day. Shout out to all the coaches - Robbie, Russell, Elyse, and Eunice! All were AMAZING coaches! They run great, high energy classes, and they coach the technical points of every exercise, not just the exercise itself. I loved my time there SO MUCH I went every day when I only planned to go 2-3 times! I can honestly say: OTF MV ROCKS!!!!

We need a new head coach and we need one NOW. This is the worst this gym has ever been run and I have been a member here for years. It’s really disappointing to see that all this one seems to care about is drinking and going out with friends and she completely has run this gym into the ground. None of our calendars are fun or decorated, our social media has quite literally turned into a Eunice Takeover page, and the fun community feeling amongst our gym has been lost. I am just extremely frustrated because nothing is being done about it and I KNOW I am not the only one who feels this way. Get rid of her or at least put someone else in charge who is actually GOOD at what they do. Until then, I will be visiting other gyms in the area.

This studio is a great studio. I have a studio 5 min from my house but make the extra 20 min trip to this studio because it’s way better. The front staff is friendly and helpful. The coaches are fun and motivating. The energy is high which is something I need to get me going early in the am. Everyone seems happy to be working there not like other studios.

Trainers are friendly, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. They make the class fun. The workouts are varied and they are constantly changing the exercises to target different parts of your body. The front desk staff always say hi. Everybody makes an effort to call you by name. It’s a great studio and a great workout!

I love OTF MV! The coaches are encouraging and the staff is always friendly. The workouts change every day, so it is never boring. The monthly challenges also motivate me in a different way. I only wish I had joined sooner!

OTF Mission Viejo is hands down my favorite studio around. The SA’s are always so welcoming, helpful, and accommodating. They really get to know you, your preferences, and your abilities. The coaches are one of the key reasons I fell in love with this studio. They definitely make early mornings worth it and are always there to push and challenge you, especially when you are unsure of yourself. Beyond the staff, you will quickly make friends with the people you train with at MV and have the best accountability partners. Shout outs to Payton, Courtney, Ashley, and coaches Russel, Eunice, and Corey! Truly the best of the best!!
