Freddy is incredible - such a nice guy. I wish I still lived in the area; I’d never take my BMW elsewhere. I used to bring my X5M into him and every time the price was very reasonable.

Brought my M5 in for an idling problem. Freddy and the team were able to diagnose it in 2hrs. Freddy offered a loaner vehicle to my wife and I so we wouldn't have to wait. Very much appreciated!!!! Great customer service. Freddy and his team are very knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely have a customer for life. I will not take my car anywhere else. Thank you again for all the generosity.

I cannot fully describe how great Freddy and his team at Orange County Motor Werks are. I was put through the wringer over a major fuel system repair by both Crevier and Irvine BMW (and BMW NA). Freddy helped me throughout the entire journey. After those places quoted me almost $20K for repairs, Freddy took care of my car’s needs for a fraction of the cost. Irvine and Crevier couldn’t resolve the problem in a combined two and a half months that took Freddy’s shop two weeks. I won’t take my BMW anywhere but here for maintenance moving forward. I highly recommend you do the same.

Lifelong owner of multiple BMW. Love the cars but as we know maintenance is important and expensive. Previously took my 2017 x4 to BMW dealer /service in Irvine. After a few years and mediocre service at high price I found OC MOTORWORKS. Fabulous informed owner who is always behind the counter. Good techs and reasonable prices. Been coming here a few years now and very happy. I feel I’m getting my money worth with honest people who don’t try to upsell unneeded work. Down side is very busy (but always faster than Irvine) and no car wash. It is worth the effort to come here.
